Very nice and professional to work with. Communicated in a timely manner, brought issues to my attention and was open to negotiating work prices. Really did a nice job listening to what I wanted. Paint colors did not come out right the first time so Stan worked closely to make sure it was right. Will use him again when the time comes. <br />

Everything was outstanding from start to finish. Stan invested a full day of time over the 5 weeks and only charged for the actual repair, not the trouble shooting. <br />

Very satisfactory. He came on time to see what needed to be done. He and my son looked it all over and decided how to repair the roof. Mr. Stehm (I believe that is his name, pls forgive my mistake if I'm wrong) gave the most reasonable price. I got another estimate from another outfit for $1,000.00. Mr. Stehm came on the appointed day and fixed the roof w/in a reasonable (4) hours. Also, he cleaned up after himself. <br />

We had used Stan once before for interior painting and were very pleased with the job done and how reasonably priced he was, so we called him back for this job. He continued to perform excellent work at reasonable prices with this job, in addition to the painting we asked if he could possibly change out a ceiling fan for us that was much higher off the ground than I was comfortable doing myself, and he was more than happy to oblige. We will use him for any of our painting needs going forward.

I have used Water Oak LLC as my handy man and renovation contractor during the past 5 years. They have completed major restoration/renovations to interior rooms, have done some roofing/gutter/drainspout work, and have painted both interior and exterior areas. All work has been excellent and accomplished at what I feel was a fair price.
