Timeline was delayed a little as this work involved an insurance claim. But Chris Sabin of WateROOFessional was there all the way and helped coordinate. The roof was completed last week. Looks great. 2 story house with a couple hard to access spots and a detached garage. Used proper materials in different areas. Repaired/replaced things as necessary and appropriate including 2 remote controlled skylights. Even painted the vent stacks. All in all, good quality and workmanship. We'll see if weather allows for the rest of the work. (His bid was middle of the pack.)(Atlas Briarwood Pro 50yr architectural shingles)

Patience and Chris were great from start to finish. Very fast home visit and estimate, quick scheduling of project, and professional/courteous work crew for the 1.5 days of the project. New roof looks great. Clean-up was good. Final cost was in-line with estimate. Would recommend to others and I'd definitely use them again.

The owner Patience, and her partner Chris, impressed me right away with their knowlege and professionalism. They gave me several options in writing and gave me time to think it over and compare quotes. When I chose them, the contract process was quick and easy. Less than two weeks later they did the project in one day. Their crew was great. The roofs look fantastic and they're done right. Everything was cleaned up and totally finished. I got the best value for my investment. Hire these guys! You will NOT be disappointed!

Chris and his crew did a great, quality job from beginning to cleanup. Chris even came on a Sunday to temporarily patch part of the roof that was storm damaged. The roof replacement only took 2 days and Chris followed up a day later to fine tune a couple of things.

I was selling my half of the duplex so my neighbor and I looked around for local roofer estimates. While WaterpROOFessional Roofing Company were not the cheapest, they came recommended by a friend who's a home inspector and were willing to work with us on the price to fit within our budget. Both Patience and Chris were very easy to work with when scheduling the roof replacement, negotiating options (like shingle color), getting papers signed, payment, etc. When it came to the actual replacement, Chris and his team did an amazing job - it took an extra day since the roof spanned across both buildings and there was a lot to take off but that wasn't an issue since both my neighbor and I were out of town. The new roof looks amazing and haven't seen any problems yet. This is extra impressive since they were able to get this done in under a week in the middle of February in Central Illinois. Highly recommend WaterpROOFessional Roofing if you're looking for a good roofer in the CU area.

Very well. The contractor was very aware of the nature of the shingles being installed and the reasons for using these. He.was very attentive that the new installation was done absolutely correctly. He seemed very aware of all the code requirements. He has had many years of both residential and commercial experience.

Excellent! The entire process was smooth and Chris even helped discuss some of the measurement discrepancies with my (now former) insurance adjuster. Our roof looks amazing and they did a really great job cleaning up afterwards.

So far so good with the replacement made in October, 2016
