Everything went really well, and for a fair price. Took a bit longer than expected (just over two days), but they did a very good job.

<p>they went up and took pictures of several places and said they needed fixing.  We could not tell what it needed by the pictures but</p> <p>took their word these places were bad.  We are 78 and 79 and could not climb up on roof to verify what it needed.  We only had</p> <p>one little tiny leak right outside the front door and that is what we called them  </p> <p> to fix.  They did that and convinced us that a large board in back over patio was warped and need to be replaced to prevent future</p> <p>leaks.  it was not leading at the time.    The first time we had good rain, that portion started leading and we called them to come</p> <p>back.  After several calls one guy came and said he put some tar up there and he would be back.  He has never shown up and </p> <p>we called the owner, Robert May at least a dozen times and no one has come, now we have a new leak in the carport on my</p> <p>car.  I am sure now that we will have to replace the roof.  The roof was only 7 years old when they worked on it .  I think they</p> <p>caused all the trouble.  The owner had injured his foot and evidently the two worthless guys he sent over here were just hired</p> <p>to work while the owner recovered from his accident.   </p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />

It went okay.

They worked worked out okay but we still have leaks in our house. They came out, were efficient and we thought they fixed the problem. <br />

<p>I have been extremely impressed with this company from my first contact. I had tried to contact the roofer who had actually nstalled my roof 7 years ago to get an estimate for my repair needs. They told me that they were extremely busy and that they could'nt come out to evaluate my roof for at least 3 weeks! To date, they have still not called me.  I joined Angies List and found Watertight Roofing and read the many customer reviews.... I texted the company to get a evaluation of my repair need on a Sunday..... I got a response that Sunday evening.... George Pitner came to my house on Monday... evaluated my damage and needs and gave me an estimate on the spot!  They were out to my house Tuesday !  George and Adam were extremely courteous,prompt and respectful and very professional.  I was very pleased with the finished product of their repair!  I would definitely recommend this company for any further roofing needs!   I love their motto, that you do not pay until the work is done and  you are satisfied with the work. </p> <br />

Our roof is very steep. The contractor came and did the work during the week while no one was at the house, and everything was done in a timely manner. <br />

With all of the horror stories I have heard over the years about awful contractors, my husband and I were worried about looking for a roofing company. Thanks to Angie's List, we found the BEST roofing company we could have asked for! They were super quick, and always a phone call away if we needed anything. The work is superb, and they even took care of a few things we hadn't noticed or discussed-at no extra cost! If you are looking for a roofing company...these are the guys!!! <br />

The Roof is leaking badly in five places since they worked on it. They refuse to come back and do the work or even return my call. I also learned they have since lost their license around the time they did the work for me.

Called them at 4:30 pm on Friday and they were at my home on Saturday morning.  Found roofing leak problem, repaired it,  and surveyed entire roof for potential future problems.  Replaced boots on all vent pipes along with asphalt tile surrounding the areas around them.  Work was done expeditiously and in a professional manner.  Employee, George, was courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient in performing work.  I have used them before and would recommend them to anyone for repairs or complete roof replacement. <br />

Called them, Robert came out and gave me an estimate very quickly.  We haggled and he adjusted it to my satisfaction.  I was impressed by the quickness of getting the job done, in fact, I was pleasantly surprised!  The roofers came out while I was at work, did the job and was finished by the time I came home from work.  They cleaned the site up extremely well.  Because I am not a roofer by trade, I cannot say for sure of the quality and workmanship, but as a layman, I can say the job looked very good.  There were a few places that required a redo, but that was handled in quick fashion about a week or so later.  I marked them B in responsiveness and professionalism, because there was no boss at the scene that i could talk to directly after the job was completed.  I had questions that no one could or would answer at the time.  I think that may have been a result of the language barrier.  Getting a roof installed is an expensive and stressful proposition for anyone.  All-in-all, I think they did a good job in all aspects thus far.  I would recommend them. <br />

 I since called them about more broken shingles on the eaves. I got no response.

Re-roofed a small section of roofing

Had a small roof leak around an exterior vent.  Saw the roof special on Angie's list and brought watertight over to take a look.  They inspected all roof joints, vent boots, etc IAW the special, and fixed the leak by replacing the roof boot at no extra charge.  Exactly what they advertised and more!

I called him from a sign I had seen and Robert McWilliams came out fast and gave me a great quote.  I was worried because sometime you get taken so I was cautious.  Robert exceeded my expectations.  Use him if you need a roofer he is VERY professional and his crew knew what they were doing.  He even helped me pick out the color, which was hard to determine for me. <br />

I was out of town for the install, but I had my dad there and he enjoyed watching these guys work. They were quick and very understanding being that we thought there were three roofs and there were two more we hadn't planned on. The guys were hard working and pretty fast considering the unforeseen issues. I live in a house built almost a hundred years ago and that means old growth hard lumber, five roofs instead of the three we'd planned on, rot and rebuilds.  <br /> During the install, these guys worked from sun up to sun down and only stopped for a quick lunch. They never complained and stayed focused. They were creative too. I had some fascia that needed to be replaced and as previously stated, it's an old house. Lumber today is not true to measurements... a 2 by 4 is not 2 by 4 like they used to be so these guys took old fascia from the back to go on the side for continuous runs, replace the stuff on the back and even had to create some customer lumber on site. Craftsmen each and every one. <br /> The only issue I had was a vent had been installed that was the wrong size and style and I didn't find out until after I got back into town. It was quickly and quietly fixed... zero fuss. <br /> I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs a roof or even a repair. <br />

they were on time removed and replaced roof looked good and was happy with the work. In 2011 we had very little rain but when it did rain I had a leak in my fireplace did not notice it for months wall and carpet got wet I called Watertight and told them what was happening and they said it had rained a lot and it was funny that it just started leaking and told me they would come out and look at it well this is 8-3-2013 and they still have not came I called him today to see if he would come fix my roof he said sure I will call you back when I get to my truck well he still has not called and probably wont call. Very unprofessional people don't trust them with your home I would not refer them to even do a dog house. I wish we could trust people to do good work and stand behind there work these people with watertight roofing are some shady people get the money and run and they don't come back when u need them. I had another roofer friend come and look he said that my shingles were spaced wrong and that I will have trouble later in the future. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />This has been resolved by water tight roofing. Just make sure Henry is not working for this company if u use them. Owner of CO. Claimed he was hospitalized and someone else's was running his business in not a good manor. He came to my home and made good on what was bad. I am thankful that he took care of me and my problem.
