Licensed and insured Master Plumber. We strive to provide the best service possible to our clients. We serve the plumbing needs of residential, commercial and industrial clients. We are a team of 10 individuals. The company is large enough to handle any project but still retains the ability to offer a personal experience. Our trucks are fully stocked with the majority of products needed to make repairs on the plumbing systems in your home or business. Normal business hours are 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday and 8:30 to 2:00 on Saturday. We offer emergency service 24/7/365.

Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear
Needed tub unclogged so water would drain. Called Saturday, set appt. Ardi was here promptly at 9 am on Monday. Very courteous, efficient and professional. Fair price, great service. Task was completed in about 30 mins. Very satisfied and will recommend as well as use in the future.

Sewer Main - Clear
Water works plumbing cleared the main line out from the house on 11/29/2025 . they charged me over 500.00 to do the job and told me they had finished the job . It is now 12/6/2025 and line is clogged up again. I called them and was told that they would have to charge me again . What should I do .

Your initial service took place on November 28, 2025, after business hours, which qualifies as an emergency and incurs at a different hourly rate than our standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM). On Saturday, December 6, 2025, you reported a second backup, which also falls under emergency service rates. During your initial visit, we indicated on the receipt that our drain cleaning services do not come with a warranty. As we cannot guarantee against future backups However we aimed to rectify the situation by offering to send a plumber on the following Monday, but you chose to decline our assistance and opted for another company instead. Since then we have reimbursed you for the expenses incurred with another plumbing service. As a company, we have made every effort to address your concerns and improve your experience with us. man was showed main floor toilet after he fixed it he was directed to the upstairs toilets after he fixed the 2 toilets my wife requested, he chalk around the toilets he did not have a caulking gun so he had to go out to his truck and mix up some kind of caulking he did not do a good job of scraping off the old caulk the hew caulk was messy and he did not go around the whole toilet when he left I checked the toilets I found that he did not hook up he chain to the flush lever so it would not flush when he left he said he would email me copy of the bill did not get a email

He wasn’t able to work on the pipe without causing further damage. He wrote a detailed note for me to explain the problem to the next plumber. My only issue was they don’t have payment plans, but the plumber they dispatched was nice and professional
