After coming in no time. They shot a camera down my main waste line to determine the cause of the blockage. Turns out there are roots penetrating the main line out. They then proceeded to auger out the lines with much success as previous plumbers have came snaked and left with only a month or so of resolved symptoms. Not ready to do the main repair but these guys will definitely get the call when I decide I am!

They came late, they said they cleaned the pipes, the pipes backed up several days later, it leaked into my house downstairs, I called another plumber they had to cut the pipe to show me how backed up the pipe was and not cleaned out. I called them, sent them pictures, they kept saying the owner would get back to me. Noone called me back, no one tried to rectify the problem.. DO NOT RECCOMMEND this company.. Very unprofessional!!!

"sir we explained to you that you had galvanized drain lines in your house & a simple snake was not going to remedy your issue,you told us & i quote “ do not try to sell me anything i dont need, just clean the pipe” so thats in fact what we did & we have it in our invoice stating that you did not want to follow through with the proper job."

Not good. The guy showed up & said he cohldn’t remove the nut holding in the shower stem. I saw him using channel lock pliers & told him he would strip the stem with that tool. I had to go in my garage & let him use my plumbing tools. He said a different person over the weekend used his truck & now he can’t find his tools. I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

They were responsive in getting me the quote however I had two problems. I had to have the seal on the toilet re-replaced again because it was still leaking. I also needed a spigot replaced which ended up reducing the water pressure, which they did not tell me would happen . I feel they were more interested in getting the job done and getting to the next job than doing it right.

It went really well and they were great. Arrived on time, professional, average pricing. We had one issue with them because they brought the wrong water heater. They had to take it back so time wise it took a little longer to complete the job.
