They did a great job

Not very well. Company would not do the work until I trimmed trees, etc. I will not recommend.

He has scheduled with us twice, and has not shown up twice. We have yet to have the service provided that we have paid for. I have never booked a service through Angie's List. This has put a bad taste in my mouth, for sure.

I am very pleased with the work and the service provided!

Provider did a fantastic job and customer service was exceptional.

What was so great about them was that I called them last minute and he showed up the next day. I've worked with them several times before and he is always great. I never have any problems at all. He showed up right on time and most people don't do that.

Keith was on time, honest and very affordable. I would do business again with him.

Everything went smoothly.  Keith was on time and very professional. Very easy to work with.  Would definitely use him again.  

He considered several options and suggested replacing the gutter in the back of the house with a larger capacity one. Reworked the drain on the downspouts.  He kept me informed when he was going to show up.  After several heavy rains, it looks like the problem is fixed.

Keith was on time and very personable.  Showed him my primary concerns and based upon my first impressions - hired him on the spot!  He went up a ladder that I would never even in my youth would have tried.  He reattached the gutter in that place as well as another and examined the balance of the gutter system.  Another place was mentioned and he went up the ladder and discovered the problem.  In fact, we have already had to replace the fascia last year and now we know why. He'll be back to replace a section next week!

Keith did a great job. He showed up on time and completed the work quickly too. I will definitely call him back with it's time to do it again later this year. I say that mainly because 1) the price was right, and 2) the level of professionalism was far superior to other folks I have used in the past.

He recommended removing the gutter guards which were doing more harm that good.  Once the gutter guards were removed, he cleaned out lots of accumulated materials in the gutters.  Hard rain the next day and the gutters all worked well. <br />

When we noticed a leakage in the window under the gutter, we contacted a few gutter companies. Gutter guru is one of the few that doesn't need to go through reception desk and wait for call back. Keith told me right away his earliest availability and set up an appointment with me. The next day, I contacted Keith to see if he can come earlier since it projects to rain on our original appointment. Keith moved things around and managed to come in first thing the next morning. After we showed him the problem, Keith said he can fix it, but asked if $75, which is his minimal charge, is OK to us. We gave him a go ahead. While he was working on the gutter, he discovered another potential issue. After he explained it to us, he said he can fix it at no additional cost. All the job were done promptly. When it rains the next day, we didn't see any leakage! <br /> Keith is one of those no-nonsense, know-what-he-is-doing, responsive, and trustful contractors. Highly recommended! <br />

He showed up for work on time and immediately started to work on my gutters. He performed a very good job. <br />

Showed up when promised, cleaned gutters, bagged trash and documented maintenance issues and roof problems with pictures. <br /> Worked efficiently and was very courteous.  The rain today demonstrated that the cleaning was effective as all downspouts were working with no overflow issues. <br />

It couldn’t have gone any better! They showed up on time, the work was done in a day, and I couldn’t be happier. It was great. He also came by without me asking later after the installation to clean the gutters. I thought outstanding customer service.

They gave the best estimate, by far, for the work that we needed done, they cleaned up so well that we couldn't even tell they'd been there. Everything was immaculate, he even wiped the fingerprints off the gutters when he was done. I would highly recommend Gutter Guru!

He came out and took the old gutters down and they found out the roofing was bad in this area. I ended up having to get a new roof, so they waited until the roof was installed and then came back to install the gutters. He did what he said he was going to do and on time.
