About us

Water Zone serves over 3,000 residential customers, numerous fine restaurants and hotels in Palm Beach County, many commercial and industrial facilities, and numerous public water supplies in South Florida all designed and maintained within rigorous health and safety standards as dictated by federal standards and local requirements. McClarty purchased Water Zone, an independent water treatment dealership in 1998 after six years of commercial and industrial consulting and design with Culligan International. Previously he successfully owned and operated several Culligan dealerships. To date, he maintains one of the most successful independent dealerships and is recognized nationally for his experience and expertise in the commercial and high purity sector.

Extremely well. Josh showed up when he said he would, work was completed quickly and neatly (installation was neat, no trash left behind). Water was smelly and yellowish in color, now clear and odor free. I did notice a bit of odor shortly after install. I called Josh, and he insisted on coming by that afternoon, even though I told him there was no rush. He initiated a backwash and everything has been fine ever since. It's been about a month, and my only complaint is with myself... why didn't I do this sooner?!! Good product, good service, good price. What more can you ask for?

Bill, the owner, is the most knowledgeable person on the subject. I interviewed several angie's list companies before going with water zone. They were not the cheapest, but I feel that I am getting exactly what I want. The installation is being done in two parts (given my current piping issues), but so far they have been, punctual, professional, responsive... I have only good things to say. I would use them again and will recommend to my friends. <br />

<p>I am very happy with the product and the service provided. They were running late on another job but still showed up and completed the job in about two hours on the day I requested . I was quoted over double by another company. The price was great and the guys who came to do the install were helpful and knowledgeable.</p> <p>  </p> <br />

I was satisfied with their job! There was Angie's List coupon I used with the service. They were professional and had a good price. They were offering the same service as Culligan and they offer it at half the price. They installed everything within a couple of hours. They were great! I have recommended him to my neighbor.

It was a very pleasant experience. I spoke with the owner directly and he was at my home the same day. His price was lower that what my neighbors told me I should expect to spend. His staff was quick, professional and friendly.
