They we're amazing, fast, friendly and efficient.The entire process was done in less than 24 hours from the rep coming and giving us an estimate to getting financed and the very next morning they were here to install. They placed tarp down on our carpet so it wouldn't get dirty or wet since it was raining while they were here. They answered any questions we had and explained everything so we understood what they were talking about. They even come back out after so many days to make sure everything is working correctly and that we are happy with everything. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. We will be using them in for any future maintenance or anything needed with the HVAC system.

Ben showed up to provide estimate for services. Ben was the only person from the companies I contacted who conducted a Manual J calculation to determine my homes needs. This is the main reason I selected this company. On the day of installation, Josh and crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. The placed all sort of floor protection mats in my house and get the tear out done very quickly. As the tear out was happening, one member of the teams was taking care of the duct work changes in our attic. All in it was full day, but so far, two days later we are super happy. This summer we will really know if the 2-stage AC was worth the money for our needs. We are satisfied customers so far would recommend and would use them again.

We have been customers of Watkins for a few years, but this is our first review on them. They are super friendly and do great work. A few years ago, they were able to help us get us a new furnace in a timely fashion when ours died in the middle of winter (it was really old). At that time, they noticed the AC was not installed correctly and not up to code (previous owner). We also knew the water heater was next to go, but were able to hold off until this year. Our new AC had a part go bad this year, but they were able to come out quick and repair pretty quick (and no charge). We are very pleased with all the work and highly recommend them!

We've been using them for 16 years now. We specifically work with Marty and are very happy with him.  It will be a sad day when he retires. I would give them an A.

Wonderfully! Came home from vacation to a sweltering house on a Thursday evening. We called another HVAC who we have a "service contract" with. They sent someone out who said it was a blower motor that needed replaced and the part was $300-$500 and they didn't have the part in and we would have to wait to Monday to have one installed. They actually advised us to call Watkins and said they would say the same thing. So we called Watkins who came out Friday afternoon. The tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and determined to find out what was wrong with the blower motor. He took the motor out and checked it out and cleaned it. He also stated that if he couldn't fix ours he had one to replace it with on the truck. He found out what was wrong ( a possible loose wire), put the motor back in and instantly we got air and it started cooling off the house. He asked if we wanted it cleaned before doing so, and said it was up to us, no pressure, we decided to have it done since it was already apart. He also offered us a service contract, again, no pressure at all. We took the service, as we were well pleased with the service and the tech's ability and professionalism. One of the best techs we have had do any service for us. All this, except for the cleaning, for the service call fee of $89. The cleaning was an extra $103 (well worth it in my opinion because I can't crawl around in the scorching attic to take the blower apart and clean it and put it back in!), for a total of $192.85. Excellent service!

Absolutely the best in business! Very friendly, kind and considerate installers. Covered my floor to protect from dirt. Wore shoe covers inside house. Cleaned up before they left and explained all about my new HVAC unit.

Previously I had used Rod Poppe for our HVAC needs, however, when he retired he sold his business to Watkins.  When our air conditioning unit stopped running on Friday evening, I gave Watkins a call.  Since it was fairly late, their answering machine gave an option of leaving an emergency breakdown message or a regular message (which I chose due to the late hour).  On Saturday morning I gave them another call about 8:00 AM and left an emergency message since it was going to be a hot, muggy day and I needed the unit fixed ASAP.  I received a call back from Michael House, the on-call tech very quickly and by 9:30 he was at our house.  After doing a thorough analysis, he found a blown capacitor and low Freon level, but otherwise the 24+ year old unit was in good shape.  Michael was VERY professional, courteous, and thorough.  I would HIGHLY recommend Watkins for any HVAC work.

I called Watkins at 5:00pm to report that our air conditioner wasn't cooling.  I was told that all technicians were busy but they would call as soon as one became available.  Within 30 minutes a truck was in our driveway!!  The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part (capacitator) in his truck, and completed the service within 45 minutes.  Total cost, including after-hours service call, was $305.12. <br>The first time I called Watkins was in 2014 when a competitor (that I had used for semi-annual maintenance for almost 20 years!) told us we had a cracked heat exchanger.  The cost to repair was very expensive so I called Watkins for a complementary second opinion.  The Watkins' technician told me this competitor was famous for this heat exchanger "scam" and found no problem whatsoever this our system.  I knew then that I could trust Watkins and would definitely use them in the future.  Today was that opportunity and I have nothing but high praise for them!! <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
