Braxton and his wife came out they surveyed the yard tested all sprinnklrrs and gave me a cost to replace one of three sprinkler heads and a cost to come back quarterly and I
paid him a check and am still waiting to receive my receipt and schedule of his visits. He appeared very knowledgeable.
