Rich answered the phone, told me he would be there the next day and was on time and ready to fix our issue. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

I was very happy with Watt's-Up Electric with the repair that was completed at my home. Rich was responsive, prompt on arrival, the work was priced right, and explained exactly what was to be done. I plan to use them again.

On the very first visit/evaluation Rich was right on time. Then once the work commenced the crew came on time and got straight to work once I guided them through the work order. I would definitely hire Rich and his crew again.

Rich came and did the work along with the services in the estimate which were to also replace federal sub panel on kitchen with a new Culter Hammer Panel. Both panels were installed promptly and professionally.I am grateful for all their assistance.

Like most others, we take electrical problems very seriously. This happened on a Thursday night; on Friday, I called and they juggled schedules to come out that very morning. They said they'd be there around nine. They arrived at nine. They were curteous and professional. Under the circumstances, I could not have been more pleased.

Rich told me he would come right over and temporarily fix the Water Heater. He arrived promptly and assessed the situation while explaining the options and advantages to each. In the end, he did a temporary hook up to a sub panel which will keep us in hot water until the service upgrade is complete. I was happy to pay Rich for his excellent service. Thank you, Rich! I signed the contract for the other work today and tried to give him a second check for half of the work but he told me not to pay him until the other work has been completed.

Owner returned our call promptly with a decent price. His men arrived exactly on time for the appointment. He showed up later to observe the work and he gave us a senior discount. He also saved us more $ by accepting Discover. Work performed perfectly, quickly, immaculately, and courteously. Will definitely call them again when needed.

Everything went very smoothly. Initial call to DLP was answered in a very courteous manner. Donald was supremely responsive, sought clarification for the nature of job to be done. Once appointment was booked, he was punctual for the appointment and brought along all the tools and equipment required for the task. Finally the job was completed in less than one hour and he was very easy to get along with. I will definitely recommend DLP electricals.

Rich worked efficiently to take care of everything that we had discussed. During the time he was in the house he also pointed out some other small things that could present problems in the future and we took care of those as well. He even replaced two outlets that weren't up to code. He kept me informed throughout the time he was in the house, and when he was done he cleaned up carefully. We are very happy with his work and definitely will call on him again.

Watts-Up workers were on time, courteous, clean and thorough. I had purchased their offer of a panel replacement for $1,000. It was done very professionally. In addition I asked for a couple overhead light installations. These were done cheerfully and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend their services.
