Backyard Solutions has been nothing short of amazing repairing my deck. They are the epitome of professionalism, hard working, responsible and friendly. Not only that, but they are REASONABLE! I can’t stress enough how in this day and age how refreshing it is to find a company that truly values their customers and is not greedy. Their work was exceptional and I plan on using them again for future needs!

We recently had our old dangerous high deck torn down. We chose BACKYARD SOLUTIONS, LLC of Waxhaw to do all the work. We now have a new, safe, to code, fabulous beautiful deck thanks to this Company of Shannon & Joe and their Team! We are so very pleased and excited about our new deck! Joe and his crew did an outstanding job rebuilding a deck our original contractor had screwed up several years ago, and we had paid big bucks for. The original deck had composite deck boards, which were mostly salvageable. But the first contractor used â treated lumberâ that was questionable to build the foundation, which rotted completely. He also failed to space the deck boards which caused a massive drainage issue and had also failed to install flashing. The results were a collapsing deck, a sagging door, and a sinking floor. Joe was able to remediate every issue and even went a step further to remediate all of the other issues the faulty installation caused in the first place! Joe was reliable, easy to communicate with, and a great guy with a head full of knowledge. Iâ d highly recommend his service to anyone. I only wish Iâ d found Backyard Solutions sooner.

Shore up a support post on our deck and replaced a couple of boards. Very good work.

They were willing to do several smaller repairs on my 40 year old home that did not interest other contractors, and did the work as conscientiously as if it was a larger project.

Our deck and "friendship staircase" were in vast disrepair! Joe, Shannon, Carlos, Thad & David were a remarkable team. Attention to detail was outstanding! They completely power washed, refurbished, replaced boards as needed, painted and completed all tasks in two and 1/2 days, which was remarkable. Joe was a great communicator, making certain all our requests were fulfilled. We even asked for a STACK of his business cards as we will gladly refer his company to anyone. We'll be having him back for a future project.

This company does everything !!! Amazing work and professionalism. Very honest and always on time !! This company built a huge deck for us and even added a few custom cuts. Could not be happier !!
