Wayne is exceptional! This is the ONLY pool maintenance guy to call! He is professional, helpful, punctual, fair priced and knows pools better then anyone! My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed and fixed a problem that my previous pool company could not figure out and had recommended a $500 pool leak diagnosis which was completely unnecessary, and something that Wayne fixed in a simple first service call at a fraction of that cost! Wayne spent time with me, explaining things and looking at the pool and making other little adjustments and recommendations. He truly cares about you as a customer and wants to help in any way he can, all at a very fair price! I am extremely happy and relieved to have found him, knowing that he can diagnose and resolve any future issues with my pool. I highly recommend Wayne at Way-Lyn pools as the only guy/company to call for any pool related issues! Thank you Wayne, and thank you Angie's List for helping me find him!

We had Wayne install a new pool filter and also to move our filter and motor configuration from inside of our garage to the outside. The original owners of our house had the pool filter and pump installed in the garage instead of the outside. We recently decided to move all of that outside and to replace the old sand filter with a cartridge one (purchased through Way-Lyn Pools). Wayne and his staff showed up exactly when he said that he would on the installation day and finished it in only one day though he originally estimated that it the project would take two. He also charged a fair price for the amount of work that was needed to be done and the amount of materials that needed to be used. They minimized the amount of water that leaked onto the garage floor while they were working and left the garage and installation area outside very clean when they left. Overall, Wayne and his guys did a fantastic job and I recommend them to anyone needing service on their pool and its equipment.

Wayne was great. I am new to pool ownership and he gave me some great advice. He was very punctual and brought all the equipment necessary to get the problem fixed the same day.

I called Wayne when my pool's filtration system was not working properly. After leaving a message, he called me back an hour later, and set up an appointment to come to my house the next day. He spent between 30-40 minutes figuring out what the problem was and fixed it on the spot for no charge. Wayne spent a little extra time showing me what the problem was and recommending ways to prevent it from happening again. Saying it was a simple issue to fix, he asked me to remember him for when I have a more complicated problem instead of charging me for this visit. Wayne is an honest guy and will definitely be getting my business when there is a bigger problem to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Great. Wayne has been doing any needed pool repairs for 12 years. Three years ago, when I decided that I wanted weekly pool service, I was glad to learn that he could also provide that. Wayne is always responsive. If he says that he will be there at a certain time, he will. I know that I can rely on his diagnosing the problem and fixing it at a fair price. I highly recommend him for all pool repairs and service.

Great, he was punctual on the day of service and reached out to me regarding the repair time. I did not have to "chase" him, which is so often the case in Miami. A rare quality, if you will. The service and part was covered by Hayward. I offered him a tip and he refused!

The service is regular in its application and stealth in the way it is provided.  He comes and goes very quietly, and he leaves notes for areas of concern if we are not there when he comes. <br />

I have been using WayLyn Pools for about 13 years. Wayne has provided monthly service for my pool, repaired my pool pump, repaired my propane pool heater at my previous home, and installed a salt water filtration system for our pool last summer -- which I am enjoying very much. Wayne is great at returning calls, and getting the job done quickly for a fair price. <br /> Once when we were out of town, I was able to call Wayne to go solve a pool pump problem at our home. He took care of everything and all was well when we returned home.  <br /> <br />

THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO OUR REQUEST FOR HELP. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY Found THE PROBLEM IN NO TIME AT ALL. THEY REMOVED THE CLOG AND EVERYTHING IS WORKING GREAT NOW.
