The work was difficult but was done expertly and I was very pleased

DISHONEST! <br /> I am currently stationed out of the country, and called Will to fix a leaking kitchen faucet at my house in Lemoore.  He was relatively accommodating over the phone, and my tenant seemed happy with his service, but he was not honest when it came to billing.   <br /> He completed a repair, including a $45 repair kit and $95/hour of labor, before telling me that the entire faucet needed to be replaced regardless.  I was a little concerned at this point, since he made an expensive and unnecessary repair, but I still gave him the benefit of the doubt.   He assured me that he would get the least expensive replacement possible to save some money.  When I received the total bill, there was a charge for $210 for a new faucet.  When I spoke to him, I asked which model he installed.  He told me the brand and model, and that he found it "on clearance" to help me out.  A few days later, out of curiosity, I found the model online at Home Depot for more than $60 less (at regular price)! <br /> I wrote an email to Will, asking him to explain before I wrote my review.  This is his verbatim response: <br /> "The cost of the faucet was the price I paid for it, including gas and time to go get." <br /> I have no problem paying good money for good service, but I believe that the $95/hour rate covers that adequately.  He not only snuck in a 40% markup on the faucet, but he lied about it to make it sound like he was doing me a favor.  All of this on top of the fact that he charged more than $100 to fix a faucet that needed to be replaced in the end.   <br /> Since I found him on Angie's List, where he has a lot of good reviews, I gave him the opportunity to make it right, and he chose to keep the extra $60 instead of maintaining his integrity (and his reputation). <br /> I would not recommend hiring him unless you can look over his shoulder every second and make sure that he isn't trying to pull a fast one. <br /> <br />

They arrived 30 min early so that was pleasantly unexpected. They were in and out in about 30 min with both toilets an.d they had all the parts on hand. True to their quote over the phone plus a lil extra for the parts, which is to be expected. Very glad I cancelled my other plumber for them. <br />

Will, the plumber quickly scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. He inspected our problem and then he said that the access to our crawlspace was not sufficient for this job. He recommended that a new access to the crawlspace be dug out. He returned at the scheduled date and time to work on our plumbing problem. He dug out a new access to the crawlspace and replaced the old pipes and seals. He completed the job in two days, as promised. Will was very friendly, courteous and professional.  He knows his trade well and his fees are reasonable. I would not hesitate to call on WCC Plumbing again, if needed. We are very satisfied with Will's work and would recommend WCC Plumbing to friends and family.

Called for a leak in my bathroom on a Sunday and he showed up in less than two hours.  It wasn't a major leak so it could have waited until Monday but he came up, quickly fixed it and explained the problem I had in fixing it.  The price was what he quoted and it doesn't leak any more! <br />

we had a leak outside coming from the water main after we found out the tree roots were to blame WCC Plumbing was contacted they were here pretty quick.  They looked over the damage and went to work instantly.  They were quick, informative, very courteous.  not only did they fix the pipes they cut back a lot of the tree roots so it doesn't happen again.  they had our water fixed and working in a short period of time for a job that should have taken a lot longer.

Everything went just as will said, he showed up at 7:45 EARLY and immediately started digging up the main line. He told me it was going to take about 12 hours total. Around 5:30 that evening the water was back on. He came back the next day and finished filling all the dirt in then put the grass back. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with, I would definitley recommend him to my neighbors and friends. After all was said and done, he gave me the bill and told me I could go online to his website and print the coupon for 10% off the entire bill. Thanks again Will, we appreciate all that you got right to our job and got our water back on! <br />

He came in and was very professional from the start. Told me how much it would be to unclog the drain but then I added in a few things. He did some quick calculations gave me an estimate and when I agreed to the price he went to the hardware storeand came right back. After the job was complete he gave me my final price and it was 15 dollars less than his estimate. The work was done quickly and I am very pleased with the quality.

Had a leak in my kitchen, gave WCC plumbing a call and they came out. Quickly and were done in no time. Gave me a reasonable quote as we'll.
