W and C Sullivan Properties provided great service. We hired them for a backyard landscaping project that included installing a french drain, connecting downspouts, and adding river rock and stone edging to multiple flowerbeds. The response time was prompt when scheduling and coming out to provide the estimate, communication was great throughout the project, and the price was reasonable. Will and his crew completed the job quickly in 2 days, were very professional, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend working with them.

Very quick and easy to work with!

Large roots left from a preciously removed tree prevented us to be able to remove them and prepare the area for any improvements. This team came with the machines large enough to remove the roots and hauled them away. In less than 2 days the job was completed. We could not be more pleased. They are meticulous in their work and we will use them again.

I like to give a shout out to Nick and W & C Sullivan Properties for the excellent job on the retaining wall that was installed at our home we had built in 1982. I contacted Nick and he came over with a free estimate for us to look at and decide. Nick came out the designated time and came at the time he said he would come. The price Nick gave was great and we said yes and we schedule for that to happen by the following week The crew came out on time and were very professional in their work and attitude,very respectful in every way. The retaining wall was about 57 feet long. The wall was installed in 2 days and 2 hour the next day for clean up. The retaining was level from one end to the other so the wall was on solid level ground. They had large equipment for digging so that cut out a lot of time. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND W & C Sullivan Properties to anyone who want a professional job done and the wall looked great too. I have the utmost confidence in W & C Sullivan Properties and would not hesitate for the next big job to be performed by them. Keep up the great work!

Multi talented....excavating, sod, wooden, and chain link fence too! Also, we resolved our drain issues in the yard! CALL HIM!

I was in a very stressful situation, needing several home repairs to maintain my home insurance, and I needed them quickly. Will was dependable, knowledgeable and very communicative, which was so appreciated. The work crew were polite, worked so hard in the hot sun, and left the area clean every single night before they left. Will not only supervised the crew closely, but often worked along side them. The projects were finished quickly and correctly. He even repaired a shoddy job done by another contractor. I honestly can not recommend a better contractor.

Wil and his crew did an amazing job. He stayed with it through my crazy design and some of the changes I had to the project during construction. His guys were very polite and respectful the entire time. We are more than satisfied with the work that was performed.
