WC Water Damage and Restoration

Complete restoration of water damage and mold mitigation: <br /> <br /> I called West Coast Restoration due to a leaking water heater, which resulted in  excessive water damage to my house. I called Mr.  Sam Bar the owner of the company that showed up within 30 minutes evaluating the damage along with recommending the required correction to mitigate the damage and preventing mold formation as well as further damages from occurring to my property. His crew and equipment were in place in less than two hours.  He personally was present and supervising his crew to ensure the tasks were performed to the best of his satisfaction.  I own a few rental properties and he has assisted me in negating water damage before.  His service and attention to details is second to none.  I highly recommend him and his company for any restoration tasks, you will be very pleased with the quality work and his customer service!. <br />

The condo is Huntington Beach and the tenants waited a few days before calling me, the owner. We had leaks before and this is something that should be addressed immediately.  Everything went well with West Coast Restoration and their crew.  Since I didn't have enough coverage with my insurance they  were accommodating and gave me a break on the price.  All good  and they even recommended  a professional drywall repair guy. We had some electricity issues when the equipment was running since we are in an older area. Rudy came out twice to reroute and reconnect the drying fans, at no extra charge.
