Good product.  A little disappointed with their clean up, time it took to get it installed and the final appearance of installation. <br />

Randy personally installed the AC unit and his professionalism was evident from the very start.  He prepared a well detailed proposal with lots of options, consulted with us on the best option for our family and continually followed-up with us as we made our decision (in a good way).  There were a few issues during installation but Randy was up-front and honest with us through the process.  He was punctual and when things arose, he was very quick to call and keep me informed.  As a new person to the area, he gave us great piece of mind that we were working with the best company!  Thanks again Randy! <br />

Quote was given for what was best for our house and needs. Work was done very professionally and on time. Owner was involved with quoting all the way to follow-up. Installation was coordinated with updating electrical panel. No issues with final inspection due to the quality of work. Would definitely use them again.

A wonderful experience from first meeting to actual installation.  Every aspect was explained up front and all our questions and concerns were professionally addressed.  Showed up on time and kept us informed during the installation process.  Demonstrated how to operate the system, waited to ensure that we were totally satisfied with everything.  Thanks Randy and crew! <br />

With a slight discrepancy on the proposed time frame to complete the job, the overall job was excellent.  The company made good on what turned out to be a materials delivery problem from the manufacturer.  We were very pleased with their responsiveness to our needs and schedule.  The overall installation looked good in our home and we cant beat the performance we are getting from the equipment. <br />

HAVE ALSO COME OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO PERFECT SYSTEM AND ADJUST. PROMPT, HONEST,  AND EFFICIENT. <br /> DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND. <br />

Very professional! I liked how technically advanced Rodger and his team were. They were able to do everything through email/digitally without the need of paper or the mail. I also really liked the fact that Rodger was willing to work outside his box and get me the NEST thermostat even though it wasn't something he normally offers. Thanks again. <br />

We had several estimates done before we decided to go with WD Heating Cooling and Renewable Energy.  We have an older home and the they took the time to recommend what would work best for our home and addressed all questions/concerns we had.  Price was comparable to all the estimates we received plus they finance and offer a cash discount.  They were the only ones who took the time to give a detailed proposal on the spot. The work done was OUTSTANDING - even the inspector commented on the quality of work.  WD Heating  was very professional, friendly and the quality of work was outstanding. It is refreshing to work with a company that is extremely knowledgeable in their profession and the owner was directly involved in seeing the project through.  We would definitely use them again for anything else we will have done in the future. <br />
