Weatherguard is a first-class waterproofing company who stands by their warranties. We used them to waterproof our 15,000 s.f. building and they have helped us resolve all of our water issues, which were extensive. When we had water return to an area, they totally redid the work , which to me is the ultimate test of any company. Weatherguard stands by their work and will be there when you need them. I chose them for their competitive pricing and great reviews, but honestly worried that when and if the time came for them to honor a warranty, I might be disappointed. I am happy to say that in that moment of truth, they showed up…big time! Thank you Angelique and Weatherguard.

Sump pumps are not sexy... neither are French drains. But they're necessary in Atlanta and we cannot recommend Robert Duffy and his team enough. Our basement and crawl space are now dry and secure and our 85 year old house will be around for another 85 years!

He called to set up date when they would start and gave me approximate time to finish job. They showed up on time and came each day until the job was done. They repaired leak in ceiling and replaced shingles in that area, roof of garage. The crew removed dry wall that was damaged and flooring that had been damaged by water. His crew sprayed to kill mold and removed old linoleum. Then they repaired area to original condition. In addition, he dug out french drain and replaced piping to draw water away from house.
Mr. Duffy came on the days his crew was there and asked me if there were any questions, I am very pleased with his attention to detail and help to resolve a serious problem.
Brian Leo
We had a great experience with them. They did a good job. They did what they said they were going to do. They explained everything. They were very down to earth and honest.

Weatherguard contracting was referred to me from another happy customer. They came out to my 1923 bungalow and did some much needed support work under the house, which included installing permanent block piers, as well as leveling my floors and adding a vapor barrier to my crawlspace. They were at my house for several days. The equivalent work done by AquaGuard would have been almost double the price.
I was impressed with their promptness, level of professinalism, and communication during the entire process, and would not hesitate to use them aagain.

They were very professional. They came out and told us what needed to be done to fix the problem, and once we hired them, they came out and did it. They didn’t dilly-dally around. They came and did the work, and it was done. I am already planning to use them again.

I cannot recommend Robert and his crew highly enough. He is probably the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was polite, professional, responsive and easy to get in touch with. He truly cares about the outcome of his work and went above and beyond the original scope of the work in order to achieve what he believed to be the best result. The job took longer than he originally expected because we added on the work on the retaining wall, but he never complained about it or made us wait. I feel as though he stands behind his work 100% and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his crew to anyone.

I have used their services twice till now. I used their services in October for my old home and again in January when I moved to my new home. They replaced the front stoop in October, as I had a leaking basement. It was a stone stoop that they replaced. They also did the basement waterproofing at the same time and it cost me about $3400. They reinforced a retaining wall in January and it cost me around $4500 for that. They put some kind of sealant on the outside to prevent the leak from going in and they also patched a crack that was on the wall. They also repaired my gutters and clogged drains. They dealt with each of my gutters to make sure that they drained properly. The owner of the company is a pretty straightforward guy. We were supposed to get the work done in September, but it got delayed because of the rains in the Atlantic area. Moreover the guy who was supposed to get the work done had emergencies and it took him a while to finish what he said he was going to finish. He didn?t finish the work when he said he would, but I totally understood the situation, as there were homes that were collapsing. That?s why my work was delayed. However, they did a good job and they were efficient. It looked good, but it just took a lot longer than I expected. I would recommend them and I don?t have any qualms about that. I would use their services in the future too. I didn?t get another quote and I thought that the price that they charged was reasonable when I first used them. So, I had some kind of confidence that he wouldn?t rip me off the second time. I didn?t compare his prices with anybody else at that time. There was another company that told me that they would do the work in a month, but he said that he would do the work in the next week itself. I certainly got value for my money. He was also there when he said he would be.

We got two quotes and they were the cheaper. They were professional and didn't try to scare me. We haven't had any water yet. It took a little longer because of the rain. There was a little miscommunication between the head foreman and the guys that actually did the digging because they didn't speak very much English. They started digging down the wrong side of our house, but as soon as we called the foreman got it straightened out. We actually ended up with more waterproofing that what we paid for because the guys dug down the additional side of our house. They didn't charge any extra for that. They did a double french drain around the outside. We had been waiting to finish our basement and we've done that and haven't had any problems. We did have to have them come back out for a little bit of water in the first week. He was very responsive about coming back out. They needed to add extra dirt and tamp it down.

I liked the service provided by them. They did a good and excellent job. I had another company which came out to give an estimate and they never looked at anything. Later on, Weather Guard Contractors came out and they quoted a fair amount. They also found all kinds of problems. We had molds and rotten wood. The supports for the house were rotten too. We had a room which was full of mold. They did the job in the amount of time that was specified by them and it cost what they said it would. They were very responsive. They came and worked on the job every day. There wasn’t a day when they never showed up. They stuck to their work hours. They also explained to me everything that they were doing. They even agreed to show me the problem. They did everything and I didn’t have to do anything. They moved the furniture from the room that had to be torn apart completely. They moved the furniture back into the room after it was finished and I didn’t have to pay for it. They put the room back together again. They were very nice too. There are a lot of companies that oversell their stuff and so, you have to make sure that all that gets done. So, you have to write it down and they would do the work. If they aren’t able to do the work, then they come on the next day to finish it up. It was very successful. I had a room that was flooding and they fixed that too. I would use their services again in the future.

I liked this company and I intend to consider using them in the future if or when I have this work done. Their estimate was the same as two other companies I had interviewed, so I think they are fair about what they ask for their work. They were real punctual and nice though, so I was impressed with them overall and I will think about using them if or when I proceed with this stuff down in my basement.

ALL WORK COMPLETED AS THE ESTIMATE STATED. PRICE WAS AS STATED WITH A 10 YEAR WARRANTY. WEATHER GUARD IS A BASEMENT WATERPROOFING COMPANY, BUT THE DRAINAGE CONTROL OUTSIDE MY RESIDENCE WAS TOP NOTCH. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN THE TIME STATED. THE WORK AREA WAS LEFT CLEAN AND NEAT WHEN THEY DEPARTED. I WILL CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN.
