They came within 24 hours and were able to get my air conditioning working the same day. They determined that the freon needed to be charged. The person we talked to on the phone and the technician that came out were both professional and helpful. They were clear about the cost and the timing. The only surprise was that they were able to fix it sooner than what they estimated.

I called at least 5 places who said they offered emergency service and they either said they couldn’t do it or didn’t answer the phone. We called Weatherking and the dispatcher was pleasant and said we’d hear from the tech shortly. The tech, Matthew, called within 15 minutes and was extremely professional and transparent about the “after hours” fee. He was at our house within an hour in inclement weather. Again, very professional and pleasant, although it was around 11pm on a Friday. He fixed the problem and went over and above our expectations by being quick, thorough, and explaining everything he did. He also did some additional cleaning and told us how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Matthew and Weatherking.

A drain hose was clogged, the technician was able to quickly identify the issue and repair the problem. Did not charge me extra for the work, just the service call.

Purchased through Costco which uses Weatherking as their local contractor. The Costco purchase involved a little more paper work and payment upfront but saved 10% and was explained upfront and was a smooth transaction. Sales and Techs were all very professional. Sales was clear and provide multiple options and was not pushing the highest price one. Install went smoothly and was started and completed on time. They came back a couple months later to start the AC since the it was too cold during the install and were able to do so quickly after I called to schedule.

Fantastic. He called 45 min-1 hr before he arrived and even was here just before the allotted time frame initially given. He fixed a few wire connections and went over everything with me afterwards. He did let me know what the next step would be should this fail to completely resolve the issue (even though that is not expected). He applied the coupon from Angie's List that I had mentioned on the phone while making the appointment without me even having to bring it up. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

Since the installation nearly 8 years ago, my space heater has broken down several times and required repair. They keep coming back, but the problem doesn't seem to have ever been fixed. They've replaced the same part more than once. I have had to spend days without heat, even thought it's been very cold outside. It's been very frustrating to me that they can't seem to get it fixed.

I don’t fell gouge when they do it, we have gone back to them every year because we felt like they know what they were doing. I never feel like the price is over and above. I have never had a problem with them. They show up, they know what they are talking about. They are prompt, they don’t make a mess and they don’t come back a week later to fix it again because it is broken.

Weatherking was the only company offering to come out the same day. It was the middle of summer and everyone seemed to need service on their air conditioning units. Weatherking was able to get to us by the end of the hottest day of the year. They came out and assessed the situation and fixed the problem on the spot. They walked me through their findings and how they determined the issue. After the part was replaced the air conditioner has been working great. I would definitely hire Weatherking for service again.

That was good, no problem. They left a wire that was loose and they had to get their men back out to redo their wiring. The price was good. When I called and asked them to come back and check on something that wasn't quite right, they came, diagnosed the problem very quickly and straightened it out.

WeatherKing was extremely responsive and professional. The technician, Richie, that came to our home both times was polite, professional, courteous, and friendly. We had an emergency service call one day when our furnace started acting up. He assessed the problem and took a great deal of time and explained everything to us. He gave us some great options and even make some recommendations for other products and services we asked about. They quoted us a price for the part they had to order and I approved it. Ironically, I called a few days later and told them I found the part substantially less somewhere else (and it was something I was able to install myself) and they worked with me on the price a bit.
