Customer service was lacking. The project manager never called me except to return my calls. Communication was only initiated by me. They started a day later than the contract stated and did not call me to let me know. Based on the contract date, I had made arrangements to board my dog so I paid a boarding fee for the first day when they didn't even show up or bother to call. The project manager told me the job would take 2 - 3 days and they finally finished on day 11. Even accounting for rain, the job took twice as long as stated. Don't give time frames you can't keep. Rudy was great.

They replaced the roof within 3 days which was nice but with the first storm since having new roof put on several leaks developed. One in the kitchen and the other in Master Bedroom which ruines the ceiling and carpet.

Decided to hold off on this project att this time. Dr. Gross

They gave me a great price on the window. I had 2 other estimates. Window was installed before they said it would be. Overall a great company.

Finished project on schedule.

We were happy with installation of our security door. However contractor did not follow through (possibly dropped the ball) on 2nd part of the project, which was to replace or re-screen a damaged sliding screen door. This was odd since the second part was simpler. We finally finished that part on our own.

Their products (so far) have lived up to the hype, however, I might have done better to shop around a bit more (not too overpriced). The project coordination was less than satisfactory. There wasn't one sole person who was responsible for my project (and I had three separate things going on by them). In fact, I later learned that they removed my project manager, or replaced that person. I usually had to go through my sales rep to get answers. I am still waiting (for them to finish up the last couple of items on the list, and had to prod them to put my satellite dish back up (which they did). The wait has continued for a month and a half

It went well, They were on time and finished very quickly. The job looks good and the site was left clean.

With all the horror stories out there and my own past experience with "handymen", I was VERY apprehensive about hiring people for this project. I was VERY pleased with the Quality First people who did the work on my house. They were each and every one a real professional, neat, clean cut (relatively), polite, cleaned up pretty good after themselves. Not one of them looked like they had ever spent a day in jail. I had no uneasiness about letting them into my home. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them for any home improvement service that they offer.

I received my quote from quality first several weeks ago and after meeting with sales consultant Ryan, I made the decision to move forward with the entire window replacement system. They have been highly courteous this far. I additionally had Quality First also install a set of French doors that I purchased several weeks ago thru another organization, for my convenience they came out today to install just the doors for me, never mind the rest of my windows will not be in for another two weeks. They went out of their way to make me happy, DOUBLE thumbs up Guys! You Rock!

The end product (security door) was good but it took them a long time to complete the project. Apparently their supplier took longer than they thought. Their communication was VERY POOR and I had to call them every other day since no one called me back to find out what was going on. They also missed an appointment once because one hand didn't talk to the other in their organization.

Over all it was OK. But I would like to have the installation process explained a lot more.

He made one appearance at the job site to evaluate the job at which time we explained to him the work we expected to be done. When he sent out workers they had no knowledge of the work that was to be accomplished. We not only had to explain what was to be done but we had to provide a detailed drawing and they still did not do what was in the contract. The general contractor never made an appearance at the job site even after I contacted him abouit the incomplete work.

Shoddy workmanship, 8 months to complete and < two years and I&apos;ve had nothing but problems with the door, especially the premium hardware I upgraded to at an additional expense of $300.00. To make matters worse they continue to call me for additional business even after multiple verbal and written requests to stop calling.
