I always use this home inspection company for my real estate transactions, as a realtor for over 31 years, I realize the importance of a home inspection, and I realize the difference between a good one and a bad Inspection, It is Important to explain and show all positives and negatives of a home, to any prospective purchaser of a home is crucial to homeownership

Very Through, price is very fair. Very well thought out methods of evaluating properties. The inspection was incredibly thorough with an excellent report provided. We learned a lot about the house and Matt was incredibly knowledgeable. We are buying this house built in 1893 with the confidence to know all positives and any problems we may run into. Septic system was inspected extremely well. We were also provided a visual look at Seawall and dock including a test of the boat hoist.

During a presidential “pandemic” election year, it was refreshing to have a professionally humble and respectful human show up to the job. Corey did his actual job he was hired to perform, and made my family and I believe he legitimately cared about the job he was performing. Corey inspected 3,400 sq.ft of a potential home I’d consider for purchase, head to toe, in a timely and accurate manner. Upon completion, Corey verbally went through his findings with my agent and I, describing and showing photos of every nook and cranny. I appreciate Coreys time and service and am extremely thankful for his professional expertise. Within a couple hours of inspection I received a full copy of the home inspection via email detailing every moment of his time well spent. Would highly recommend Weatherstone Property Inspections if you’re in or around the Macomb Area.

Corey was very prompt, professional and throurough in his inspection. He was able to identity existing issues and potential issues with the home. He provided good suggestions on how to go about having the issues mitigated. He was able to explain the process in an understandable way, for those who haven't had many home inspections.

Tim was professional and a pleasure to work with. After he finished his inspections he stayed around and went over the results and made suggestions on how to fix the minor problems. Fortunately there were no major issues. The current home owner listened in and offered to fix a few of the problems. I had a total home inspection with a well and arsenic tests. I'd recommend them to someone looking for to have an inspection done.
