Great work... Roof was removed and replaced in less than 2 days as promised.

They completed the entire job in one day and cleaned up. When I walked around the house I couldn't find a trace of trash or nails left behind. The roof looks beautiful.

After thorough examination of our roof, externally and internally, Mr. Weaver did not find an obvious source for the leak and found the roof to be in great condition. However, he resealed any possible locations for a leak. Mr. Weaver spent a sufficient amount of his time listening to the history of the issue and, with our agreement, recommended that if the leak continued we should follow up with a plumber. It is a rare professional who has the integrity to not charge a customer for their time and work because they did not feel it was a roof problem. We would definitely recommend Mr. Weaver for any roofing issues.

I had other estimates performed and the other 2 estimated an entire roof renovation which is coming our way. But Mr. Weaver confidently told me that he had them all beat before he even hit the driveway. His survey of the roof was similar to the others but he was the only one to say that it could be patched and if it were his roof he would do the same. He guaranteed that the repair would fix the problem of the leak and through hurricane Irma and the other storms that have come so far it has not leaked as promised. So instead of thousand of dollars Mr. Weaver charged less than $200 to hop up on the roof in the August heat and got it done himself.

Very professional and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of roofing. Crew arrived on time, stayed all day, and completed the project. Minimal site prep by homeowner. Inspections allowed during entire demolition, installation, and cleanup. Showed all issues and repaired all existing damage. Even did a couple of 'extra' roofing jobs (shed, porch). Pricing was better than others contacted (incl. Matt's and Falcon Exteriors).

Ricky did a thorough inspection of the roof, located the problems and repaired them in under an hour. This is one of the very best experiences I've had with a tradesman of any kind. I can't say enough good things about him, and I give him my highest recommendation.

Great. I had a shingle problem water coming inside the house. I call the next morning Mr Weaver was on vacation but responded anyway. He new I had a serious problem and had one of his worker there when I got off work. He performed the work just in time before the rain storm.

Work done was fantastic. Ricky treated my home like it was his very own. Took a great deal of time and care doing everything correctly. Even went out of his way to look for extra areas of concern I was not aware of and take care of those as well. He is so successful and competent that you may have to wait a couple weeks for a service call, but well worth the wait. Been in business successfully for over 40 years. He truly knows what he is doing.

Ricky was always responsive to phone and text communication, and very polite and courteous. The cost came in right on target for the estimate. Although a small job, it was a real pleasure to meet Ricky and work with him, and I would certainly contact Ricky when we need to look at a full replacement.

Weaver Roofing's nine person crew took our old roof off and installed a new roof in about 12 hours. We chose the GAF 3-D Weathered Wood shingles and could not be happier! The shingles are stunning looking and seem very thick and durable. Weaver Roofing provided us with addresses of homes where we could go to see his roofing work and GAF shingle products. Ricky was great to work with and answered the many questions and/or concerns we had before, during and after the installation. We've had several compliments from the neighbors on the new roof. Several homes in our neighborhood are having new roofs installed at this time but none of them stand out like ours! We take a lot of pride in our home and yard so it was important that we did our research and due diligence before committing to the project. There are so many choices of shingles and choices of roofers out there that it can be overwhelming and second guessing to know if you have made the right choice but I know we picked the right man for the job. Ricky has been doing this for many many years and he gave us a super nice job and a fair price.

Jolly on the spot, we have dealt with him for years. Very very good reputation. The people that use him in our neighborhood really like him as well. If he sees a issue not even roof related and he fixed it! HE'S GREAT! He goes above and beyond, and even the extra mile.

Everything went well and they went above and beyond with clean up and courtesy. After completing the roofing job they cleaned up and blew off the driveway and all around the house. They also took a stack of cardboard for us that we had from Christmas boxes. Very professional and quick! When we hired them he got a scheduled right away and had the supplies out the next day and all set for the job with no issues! Very satisfied and recommend to anyone needing any roofing work!
