The first time they put the roof on, there were leaks but they're now repairing it. They replace it again and they are repairing any damage that was done inside. I think they're doing a good job. We had a flat roof so it was hard to do so they put a little slope on at this time. Its hard to predict if you have rain of what it's going to be like. They will replace some flooring because we had a little bit some damage on that. They're taking care of it because there is a two year guarantee.

Very professional and responsive.  Came over immediately during the rain storm and put a tarp on the roof to stop the extreme leaking.  Saved us from more damage inside the house from the leaks.  They got the job done quickly.

After interviewing several roofers to re-roof our home due to the hail storm - We chose Webb Roofing and General Construction. In part because they are more than a roofing company - they have painters, skylight and gutter people, "meaning we didn't have to look for or talk to any other workers."   Webb's representatives Eddie Walker and Steve Atkins made suggestions to us that best suited our needs. Steve was often on sight supervising the proper installation of each project. With Steve's close attentions to detail - We, as senior citizens, felt everything ran smoothly for us, "in every aspect." <br /> <br /> They adhered to all Amarillo's building permits and city codes. We now have a quality roof - Everything was addressed to our satisfaction. Also - the men who did the roofing were very courteous and respectful. <br /> <br /> It's easy to understand why the BBB give Webb Roofing an A+ rating. Job well done! They even called this morning to verify that we did not have any leaks.

I shopped about 5 or 6 different roof companies and each gave me a different solution to my roofing issue.  Jeremy with Webb Roofing finally gave me a solution that matched my budget and goals!!  Once we got the right solution, the work was done within about 2 days!!!  Everyone noticed the difference immediately.

Mr. Mike Freitas, with Webb roofing & general construction, and his group of sub-contractors were very punctual, professional and neat. They did everything they said they would do, within the time they said they would & the fee was exactly what we were quoted. <br /> After months of dealing distastefully with our homeowners insurance company and several other contractors we selected them because of his professional demeanor. Their quote was fair,and surprisingly among the lowest we received. <br /> The job was completed to perfection. I would recommend them to anyone. Especially to people as picky as we are!

Overall a very positive experience.

I called and talked with several different companies looking for someone who was willing to talk with me about an estimate on my time since I am on the road quite often due to work.  I met with several contractors who did not show up on time or kept having to reschedule due to their workload.  I had a few who did make an effort to be on time and chose Webb Construction due in large part on the bid work done by Will Rogers.  He asked questions that the other companies did not ask and took the time to show me what damage he had found.  He also took time to explain to me how the insurance companies normally work after I mentioned that we were getting the runaround from Allstate.  He arrived on time at 10:00 am and was done by 11:00 am.  Will told us that he would email a quote out that night.  We received the quote at 6;00 pm and it was right in line with 2 others we had done.  Me and my wife discussed the bid and called Will to tell him he had the job as soon as Allstate would release the funds. <br /> Will said as part of their job that contact the insurance company as long as the homeowner authorizes it.  He called us the next day to let us know that he had contacted Allstate and they would be calling us for authorization.  Allstate called us and told us they were going to have to send a different adjuster and would let us know when he could stop bye.  We received a call on Saturday night and asked if they could come by on Sunday (YES SUNDAY).  We agreed but mentioned that they had asked for us to try and have the contractor on sight to work out any differences and received excuses on why they needed it done on Sunday.  I called Will and he came to the house and suprised the adjuster but they worked it out.  Work Started two days later.  The fence was built in fours days and the roof in two.  They asked where they could drop off the materials before having them delivered and were on sight when the materials were delivered. <br /> We have had ten people stop by our house and ask who built our fence because of the quality of work and overall appearance. <br /> The roof looks great and they did all the work in a week working around the weather.  Great overall experience.

We can only rate this company as OUTSTANDING!   They far exceeded our expectations.  Scott Peterson, the company representative, showed the utmost professionalism.  He worked for us with the insurance company to be sure we were compensated for all hail damage including roof, gutters, downspouts, turbines, windows.  The work was performed on time and was of the highest quality.  Other Webb Roofing team members communicated with us each step of the way and were always responsive to our questions.  The process of having your roof ripped off and replaced in its entirety is stressful, but they were there every step of the way to ensure as smooth a process as possible.  We can recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Wes Hayes was very helpful and informative, his crew was punctual and did an outstanding job. He was either here most of the time or continued to check on their progress. The crew was polite and cleaned up all trash and nails before leaving.

Kept me very much informed at every step.  Webb roofing representative met with me and my insurance appraiser to ensure all damage was document.  They installed the roof on the day promised.  Excellent quality of work and outstanding cleanup of the site after roofing.  Would highly recommend for roofing in the DFW area.  Price was competitive but a little higher than others but frankly I was willing to pay for the quality.

Since I made the original report, the subcontractor, Doug Hasty, is no longer an employee of Webb Roofing --- so maybe the problem has been handed off to another company and Webb Roofing can be trusted.   The work was finally completed.   <br /> I was very pleased initially with the work performed. I was probably the pickiest customer Doug Hasty had, but he timely answered all my questions and concerns I had during the work (his workers do not speak English). Webb Roofing was the only company that was able to bid all the items listed by the insurance claim for the amount approved by the insurance claim, and still honored the Angie's List coupon. The roof, soffits, and rain gutters all look good.  It is the flashing work that is of poor workmanship.  But on the first heavy rain after the job was finished, I had water in my living room leaking from my skylight, when I have had no leaks in my roof during the heavy rains prior to their service.  I got upon my roof and looked myself and found that the flashing was not centered and had an opening about 1/4 inch where the water would run along the top of the skylight down into the hole with about 1/4 inch going past the corner of the skylight on the other end.  The hole was large enough I could see the wood joist and insulation of the skylight box just below the roof.  I have water damaged sheet rock in the skylight tube and the ceiling of my living room.  A worker came by and pulled up the flashing and adjusted the flashing, putting down caulking, Mr. Doug Hasty filed a followup claim against my insurance, but the adjuster says the outer shell of the skylight has cracks from hail but the inner shell is not damaged to have leaked (but will replace the skylight plastic dome), and thus all the water damage was from from poor workmanship of the flashing around the skylight.  The flashing was also painted, and the paint is peeling off of the flashing (not just the skylight, but the chimney and vents), looking very unattractive.  The insurance cut another check to replace the skylight, and I called Mr. Hasty and told him I had a check for the skylight but the water damage was due to poor workmanship, but will be gone for a week and will call him to schedule when he can come back and repair the damage.  I have called 4 or 5 times now leaving a message each time to call me back, and Mr. Hasty has yet to return my telephone calls.  As far as I know, he is skipping out on repairing the damage his workers caused.  

It was an excellent experience. I worked with Doug Hasty, who is a great person to work with in the Dallas area. He gave excellent customer service, checked on his workers, kept me updated and always returned phone calls promptly. There was no pressure when we were figuring out our contact. He also found some problems that I was unaware of. They did a fabulous job and I could not be more pleased. I would definitely recommend them. I even checked their references and everyone had the same feelings as we did with their work. They throw in everything they could to make it the right deal without any pressure.
