Great! Larry Whited was very upfront regarding expectations. He provided reasonable suggestions regarding things to do or not do and, in the final analysis, was very correct in his recommendations. He was very responsive and kept up informed which was invaluable in my decisions. Bottom line, I could not have asked for more. I and my wife were very pleased.

Larry was low pressure and extremely helpful. He made many suggestions on what to do with the house to make it more marketable. When we asked if he could recommend contractors for specific jobs he was able to do so and we were extremely happy with the contractors. The house sold after just two days on the market and then Kathy took over with the closing which went very smoothly even though we had to be out of town on the closing date. Overall we were extremely happy with the entire process from beginning to end.

Everything went great. I would hire Larry Whited from webmls again in a heartbeat. He was very professional, prompt in his responses, took beautiful photos...an overall pleasure to work with. Our home sold quickly and for a great price, not to mention he saved us money in the commission.
