"I am very sorry you feel this way. We actually CUSTOM write our analysis by hand, with an abundance of information, as well as analysis, and our opinion. We gave you several options to pursue, as well as the option to help you with what you had at no additional cost. We spent several hours on your analysis, 3 phone conversations, and then several more options writing your various proposals. We responded immediately, and always quickly responded to your emails. I feel as if you were expecting free work to your template built (wix) website, and we offered to do work as needed as an hourly rate. You seemed very satisfied and good with the options you were given, and no negative comments were ever received or felt. I wish you would have voiced any issue or concern at the time you felt that way. I am sorry your report was so negative as I did not feel that way towards our relationship at all, however we will take your comments under advisement to better our company. "Your PURCHASED the analysis online 5/4/2015 (nearly a YEAR ago). You did not respond to any of my messages, but I was able to get your phone number and call you on 5/7/2015, at that time you were able to get me your website URL. I actually spent nearly 1.5 hours with you on the phone the first conversation, and then another 1 hour the second time, wrote you and extensive analysis (neither of which are required to be done via the basic analysis deal), however, I did them anyway because I strive for excellence in customer service. I then gave you SEVERAL different options that we could do for you regarding the site issues you had, and you said you would get back to me. I made several attempts to check in on you and finally received a response that you weren't sure where your business was going so you wanted to hold on any website changes. I find these kind of reviews appalling especially when they are made almost a year later out of no where, when at NO time did I ever receive any sort of complaint or notice from you coming to me directly to take care of any issues or problems with us that you may have felt at the time. I would have greatly appreciated if you came to me with any problems at the time they arise (if any), and not waiting almost an entire year to bash my companies great reputation that I dedicate my entire life to on a daily basis. I would also like to note the fact that you simply purchased the BASIC analysis, and I not only did a Premium Analysis for you, but also spent enormous amounts of time both on the phone, writing up a full Premium Analysis report, and then writing up at least 5 different options and routes to help guide you through your needs (at no additional charge what-so-ever). I am very sorry that you feel this way towards my company but I am very disappointed that you would write this completely dishonest review regarding the TRUE events that actually did occur. I am so passionate and dedicated to my business and strive for perfectly excellence client service for all clients big or small."

"Mam, we did a full custom website analysis for you with the written out form and comments (which are all custom, not robot created). I then talked to you regarding your site and our thoughts and we went far beyond our typical analysis and deeper in depth at no charge. You had several specific questions in which we answered in huge detail, and yes I asked you to email me the question instead of messaging them through angie's list because its hard to format responses properly with links/samples in their system. Your site was not an average site, its a huge online dating site, which we could normally handle, but I was HONEST with you in the fact that we were indeed moving into our office location and that at this time, it would not be plausible for us to take on in a timely manner for the work you specifically wanted done with it. We still gave you several recommendations and answered all your questions. I told you we would be more than happy to help but stressed the time issue which you were not ok with and I respect that. I have logged several hours of communication with us and emails/responses at no charge at all and am very disappointed that you feel this way after everything. I really am upset that your portraying us this way. Honesty is key with us, and I wasn't going to take on your massive work load requirement with everything going on and lie to you that we could actually do it as quick as you needed. Yes we do things quick here, but I opened an office in full, with construction, hiring passionate people, training them, and getting this office running like a well oiled machine so that we can improve our business to be able to improve the businesses of the clients that call us. I am one person doing everything and STILL running the business, doing everything alone. Now with our office officially open, we have passionate people on staff, increased our capabilities vastly, and will be able to take on more people and still keep that great turn around time going along with our high quality work all while keeping that extremely personable touch."
