It worked out better. He's been back several times. He keeps in touch. He called just yesterday when I told him that one of the mice came out and I killed it. It's excellent. He's very efficient, very courteous and very on time. He gets back with me to see what's happening. It's not cheap but you get your money's worth. He was really on the dot. He's very professional.

It was a preemptive treatment because one of the owners came down and did like a little inspection of my whole place. So he recommended a simple preemptive treatment because there were issues of termites; subterranean termites and boring beetles. The termite problem had actually come up to my fire access door so they applied the treatment downstairs and he had to remove mt fire access door and frame. While they were doing that, they discovered that the problem had actually spread to some parts of the exterior wall so they also helped me with that. They replaced some of the wooden beams in my wall and the flooring also. I'm glad that they found the problem and we fixed it. I liked what he did for me and he did a great job. Based on what I heard from neighbors and friends, their quote was very reasonable. They are not cheap but they are not expensive.

The men arrived exactly on time, and performed the work in 4 hours as promised.  They were very professional, and went about their work immediately.  I was exceedly happy with their performance. The gentleman came to give an estimate approximately one week before the work was done. There was no charge for the estimate, including crawling under house to survey the damage. I would highly recommend this company. <br />

He went into the crawl space and did not find signs of infestation. He did a thorough job in finding access points and sealed them on the spot. He put out traps and checked on them once a week for two weeks. He was very thorough, professional and pleasant. He knew what he was doing.

Very professional. Did a thorough inspection for free and gave the best quote. They sprayed on the outside of the house, under the house, and pumped chemicals into the soil. Solid work!

Exactly as we were told when Sean came out to give us a quote and check out the termite droppings problem we had.  He did a thorough walk through, inside, outside and under the house.  He made notes and sent me a report showing exactly what he discussed with us and the quote which did not go higher upon completion. (we were able to use the coupon they advertised also)  Bobby, the one who did the actual work was very professional too and didn't leave messes, cleaned up after himself and explained what he was doing as he was doing it.  We have dogs and a cat and he was very considerate of our needs to making sure the doors and gates were shut also and didn't have a problem with them barking at him when they saw him.  Both Sean and Bobby were very professional in every aspect from the start to end. <br />

I thought it went very well. He was very meticulous in going through and identifying where the pests were coming into the house. We ended up spending another $150 to completely eradicate and take care of the problem. I don't know if they put anymore traps down there or not, but I haven't heard anything from the tenants saying that there is a problem. It's been six months now and so I'm thinking they took care of it.

My home is in a rural area of Lafayette.  It had been several years since it had been inspected for termite or water damage concerns.  Sean arrived on time and spent 2 hours inspecting the interior and exterior of my 4500 sq ft home.  Although no termites were found (thankfully), he did identify several things that I was unaware of (standing water under a portion of the house, dry rot on a pair of doors, a possibly entry point for mice, a scrap 2x4 laying on dirt).  He was professional and his fee was exactly what he had quoted.  I would use him again when I next need an inspection. <br />

Sean was great to work with and very flexible with our scheduling.  He honored the Angie's coupon and his quote beyond the time limit .  He worked around our scheduling issues due to the Holidays and family member health issues.  His tenting sub was punctual and aired out the house for safe house entry in the morning before the scheduled afternoon time. <br />

We Care Pest Control did a great job.  I was perfectly satisfied with the work provided.  Their quality and professionalism was excellent.  They were very responsive and punctual.  I would use them again in the future for this type of service.
