It was okay. Price was good. They were pretty quick. They did a great job. The workers were okay.

Badly. Master Bedroom & Bath not properly cleaned, dust still on bed head board & dresser's. Carpet not properly vacuumed. Master Bath was o.k., but sink counter could have been better. 2nd Bedroom not dusted & cleaned to my satisfaction. Computer room not dusted. Living room fireplace area not wiped down and NOT vacuumed. Wood particles still on stone hearth. Kitchen floor & counter cleaned well, but bay window area not dusted. Not a professional Job for the money paid. The owner was polite but needs more training to be a Professional House Cleaner

they did not do the work

I provided my preferred cleaning equipment. They were very respectful about asking for product preferences and whether certain chemicals were an issue. They were also clear that they do not provide maid services such as making beds. They were very polite and earnest. The house has never been so thoroughly vacuumed. There were a few minor details overlooked, but nothing major. When pointed out, they were quick to correct.

Results had a once-over look, not anything like the "deep cleaning" they said they would do. Called back & showed up in timely fashion. Did not seem very familiar with terms of coupon.

I went outside with my dog on the back porch and when the 4 hours was up, the house was spotless. I had family coming over and they praised my house. I will refer this company to friends.

It did not go very well. It got off to a bad start because the owner called about 3 or 4 times trying to get to the apartment and they were given the address and number. Once they got there they explained that they were only doing 2 hours with 2 people which is normal but they were only there for 1 hour my son advised. They still needed to clean a few windows and cabinets before we turned the apartment back over and we had to do it ourselves.

The owner and his nephew showed up one week early. They presented professional. However, their cleaning equipment was very commercial and not residential. Normally, a two person crew could vacuum, mop, dust, and clean the entire house in the "2 hours." However, they did not get off the top floor with 3 bedrooms, and two baths. After inspection I found numerous "dust bunnies" under my bed, the furniture polish was so thick I had to wipe everything down, some dusting areas were missed, the carpet vacuuming missed areas, and I found the rest to be just okay. I was very surprised. They only "cleaned" 1/3 of the house. I think they need a lot of training if they are to do residential cleaning. I do think that "they tried."

Terrible. I really regret and I never received a services like that before. They are cleaners but the guy said he had many years of experience. He doesn't have tools, but he brought a guy he said is his nephew. And the nephew said that he was going go to school afterwards. The nephew was kind of day dreaming and so when he came in I said will you clean up this and he didn't say that this is not enough time for me to clean up this, clean up that. It seemed like he had accepted all but towards the end he only cleaned up two windows. When I asked him to clean the windows I said if you could vacuum the floor or something. They didn't do the vacuum so the nephew said, okay, I can clean up the other windows because we have about ten windows so he said, four hours right. And I said will you also wipe my bathtub and he didn't say if he would do it or not, seems like everything was okay. I saw that he was not doing anything about the bathtub so I went ahead working with him so I went to clean up my bathtub. After I cleaned up my bathtub he said the bathtub was very tough because it had water stain there. I used a special tool, a power tool with vinegar to clean up. Afterwards I did a pretty good job on it but he didn't touch anything about bathtub. He was cleaning just the one window for two hours and then his nephew was kind of very, very slow while he was doing something. He was, like, day dreaming, like thinking, and he was standing at my second floor looking at the window view for a long time. Toward the end finally I said the window blinds and the window track needs cleaning so he asked the nephew to hurry up, but the nephew just mopped the window tracks and they were not very very clean because the nephew didn't do the job. Then towards the last end of the hour he said oh I got everything mopped. And then all they did was only windows so four hours and the senior guy wiped window tracks and the two blinds and that was pretty clean and the nephew just did it very quickly but they were still dirty. I was not satisfied with the work. I look at that work I feel like if you say four hours maybe they didn't think that our account was worth that much work and they probably thought that $89 probably is supposed to be worth probably one hour work or two hours work and it's not to be four hours work so they actually did probably one and a half hour work and because they felt like four hours was too much discount, maybe they thought that way, but I didn't pay for two hours because they posted at four hours I expected them to do four hours. When they say four hours they should have committed four hours, it doesn't matter how much money they ask for but once they agreed to that they should have commit. And then they offered they said ok if you want clean up more you could come back pay $150 we do another two hours something like that. So they were using it as a lead to more business but some people may not mind, they feel like it's four hours maybe they don't see the details, maybe the feel they should have paid more to get more cleaned,but I didn't need that much.  I need four hours but they did not commit four hours.

Horrible. Too many things were not done to list, their personal cleaning products and used rags were left around the house; it almost felt dirtier than I left it.

I was very disappointed and pretty surprised at the poor quality of the cleaning (or downright lack thereof). Two men for two hours - I asked them to focus on bathrooms (1 upstairs and a small half bath downstairs), floors, and wiping down kitchen surfaces. Where to start? The tub still had hairs in/on it and the tub didn't look clean (he said it was stained and wouldn't come out, but it had been cleaned better in the past with a little care). Bathroom floors didn't look clean, garbage can wasn't emptied; I don't think the rugs had been lifted. Downstairs the wood floors in kitchen and dining room still had specific spots/spills evident after they said they mopped it. Lots of excuses.... They did re-mop but they used this big old-fashioned mop head and basically just got the floor wet and squished it around (and cleaned the mop head in the kitchen sink!). Although they said they wiped down the counters, counters still felt dirty as was the microwave front and frig front. They left the sink liner askew on the counter until I asked if they were done with the sinks. In the living room, there was a pile of crumbs and dirt next to my husband's usual chair - they did come back and borrow my broom and dustpan to clean that up. They said they mopped the front hallway but acknowledged they hadn't moved a stool or picked up the runner and there was still dirt by the front door. A big waste of $89 Angie's special... I'm sad.

On time--communicated well--no supervision needed--I came back after 2 hours to a spotless home! Recommended

Things went fine. They arrived on time started working... 2 fellas... the owner and his nephew. They completed on the work on time and satisfactorily. Feel they gave me that boost I needed to get caught up.

Quite well; Glenn brought his helper, so it took only two hours to clean my house. My house is fairly easy to clean, but I have a cat, so there is cat fur on the furniture, which takes time to vacuum off. I would certainly recommend this company.
