They were professional, quick but thorough with the cleaning.  They laid a tarp down to put all of my things and organized outside so that they could put everything back organized.  I was very pleased with how they handled my things and was very please on how my garage look after.  Now that I am typing this, I think I will call them again and have my garage done, every 2 years sounds about right to keep it clean and tidy. <br />

<p>Two very nice ladies arrived within the time frame and introduced themselves.  I explained that due to back problems I am unable to lift items or stand for any length of time.  They brought out a chair from the garage and told me to sit and just guide them.  They pulled out carpet for me and dumped it for bulk trash pickup.  They pulled everything out into the driveway, dusted for any cobwebs/dirt, swept a couple of times, moved the shelving where I asked them to and they put everything on the shelves and I was amazed at the difference.  They were unable to assist me with the organizing because I had not sorted through the containers which was something I could do on my own.  My main goal was to get it cleaned out and set up differently.  I was very happy with what they did.  I would use them again but I would not expect it done quickly if in a time crunch.</p> <br />

The service turned out great. I paid extra to have them take things off shelves and also organize the shelves. The additional fee was reasonable. The service was worth every penny. They were very hard workers. I have nothing negative to say and it was a wonderful experience. Scheduling was a little difficult because I was lower on the list.

Not as advertised. Very late arriving.  Original schedule not kept with no call to explain delay.

Initially I had a difficult time getting scheduled for this job. When I finally got it scheduled,  I was advised that it would be for a 2-hour service, however the deal was purchased based on an up to 6-hour understanding.  The owner/manager advised me that I would receive a 3 men crew to do this job and that the process moves very fast. I was assured that if we needed 6 hours, they would stay on the job. On our service date, a male and a female wearing flip flops showed up to do the work.  Thank goodness I was on location and willing to help. They would have never been able to tackle that job by themselves.  <br /> I expected a work crew in a "We Clean Garages" Van as listed on the website, however the service techs arrived in their personal vehicle and immediately announced they would only be there for two hours.  They advised they had other jobs scheduled behind ours, which meant they never intended to give me a 6 hour service if necessary and I can tell you if we did not chip in to help, we would have needed more.   We went over the two hour allotment and the service technician clearly let us know that we were making them late for thier next appointment.   <br /> The female worker struggled to lift heavier items and tuckered out mid-way through the job. She went to sit in the car for the last part of the job as I continued to work with the male technician to complete the work. I worked a lot harder than I anticipated when paying a provider to do a job. Not every customer is willing to do that and should not be put in a position where they don't really have a choice.  I felt like the $149 deal of the day was a stripped down version of the advertised service. <br />  While the job got done, it was not what we anticipated and we would not recommend them to our friends, family or associates. <br />   <br />   <br />

They only dealt with things on the floor and wouldn’t organize anything that was on the shelves. In the future I would take everything off the shelves so they could help me organize more. Otherwise they were fabulous.

It was great. They did a great job; it could not have been better without them. Everything was fine. They were on time, very professional, and did what they said they were going to do; so they were very helpful.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for the work and it was just what we needed to get our garage back in order. The two women who came to do the work were professional and courteous. They arrived ahead of schedule, which work out great and were done in no time. <br />Solo an the salesperson I spoke yo to make the arrangements was very responsive as well. I considered extra services they were a bit to costly for what I needed. <br />

I bought a deal through Angie's List and it included up to 6 hours of cleaning and organizing. The man arrived on time, then helped my husband move everything out of the garage onto the driveway, he mopped the floor, then moved all of the stuff back into the garage but piled it up against one of the walls. No organizing took place. I essentially paid 150$ to have someone come and help Hubby empty the garage to mop the floor. Our garage has shelving units on both sides. Apparently cleaning and organizing shelves in the garage costs extra. So after an hour and a half they were almost done that includes emptying, cleaning and replacing everything. I guess I thought that rather than the person leaving 4 hours early with the shelves and perimeter of the garage still cluttered and disorganized, the person would have done a better job or at least done more. Was my garage floor cleaned? Yes. Was it organized and decluttered? No. They should change the name to wemopgaragefloors.com

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! This service was supposed to be for 6 hours. The 2 people that showed up said it was only for 2 hours. I then spoke with the owner of the company while they were there, Mr. Solomon Petersen. He said it was for 2 hours only, because 2 people were there. I said that it not what I paid for (or what I have in writing on my voucher) 2 people for 2 hours does not equal 6 hours. He actually started yelling at me at one point, and asked why we were still going around in circles, I told him because I was lied to, I was not getting 6 hours at all. 2x2 is 4, not 6. Also, they actually only stayed for 1 hour and 18 minutes (9:25AM-10:43AM). They obviously had no knowledge of how to actually organize anything, they simply waited for instructions from my husband on where to help him move things to. My husband and I did most of the work ourselves, and still have much work to do. VERY disappointed, and this was a blatant LIE, I did not receive the service I purchased. Also, they did not bring any supplies except for a small sweeper broom. <br /> <br /> UPDATE: The only thing in your reply that was honest is that your "team arrived within the time frame that was agreed upon" and also that I "have a 1 car garage only". But the fact that I only have a 1 car garage should have nothing to do with the fact that I am entitled to the 6 hours I paid for. Your team left after only 1 hour and 18 minutes, and there was much work left to be done. Also, you should note that there was another review written on 3/5/14, for the same date of service (not by me), listing the exact same complaints. Funny coincidence. Also, my husband was never happy with the service, I never "showed up and started a commotion", I was there the whole time, as was he, and we were equally disappointed when we were told we'd only be getting 2 hours (which we didn't even get!). I also never "requested A LA Carte services", nowhere in your fine print does it say that they won't pull items off of shelving, only the floor. Silly me, I assumed cleaning a garage was cleaning a garage, not just emptying and sweeping a floor. Also, I was never offered any other services that I refused, like you also falsely stated. Sorry, just had to clarify some things, I hate lies.

Based on reviews for this company I bought the "big deal" for garage cleaning and organizing. I read the coupon"s fine print that stated $149.00 for up to six hours of home garage cleaning and organizing?" to include cleaning the garage floor, removing cobwebs and air-blowing dirt and dust and other garage cleaning services. First of all, I bought the coupon on Feb. 7, 2014 and did not get an appointment until March 5. Next, although the two "organizers" arrived between the 2-hour appointment window, their first sentence was that they had "two hours," which was completely contradictory to the "up to six labor-hours" in the coupon.  <br />  They removed everything from the garage floor, which was great because it allowed me to eliminate the stuff that I no longer needed. However, they did NOT organize anything...I did ALL of the organizing. (I had another company for my home office and they organized EVERYTHING!) <br /> They were at my house for 90 minutes. When they were leaving I asked if they intended to clean the garage floor. I was told that all of the cleaning supplies were on the "other truck." However, they said, if I gave them a mop and cleaning supplies, they would clean the floor. I declined. Why would I pay $149.00 and supply my own cleaning materials? They also did nothing about the cobwebs on the garage door or in the corners of the garage. <br /> I could have done this work by myself and saved $149.00. I will definitely not use them again.  <br /> <br />

They did a very good job. They were very professional, very polite, and very hardworking. I would definitely use them again. They were able to solve the problem of clutter in my house. They were well worth the money I paid for the big deal. They were like nothing was too big for them, they also moved weights, and they didn't complain. The one thing that had happened with them was that I had originally scheduled them for another date, and they said their truck broke down, and they then delayed for 3 days. I didn't like that. The crew that came out was very good.

Did an outstanding job, very thorough and efficient. Great customer service. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Scheduling the appointment was a nightmare. I started trying to schedule an appointment in October and they didn't do the job until February.I filled out a form on their web site multiple times. They ignored everything I requested on the web site including the dates I requested. ( I also requested extra services like pressure washing the garage - which I was willing to pay extra for.  When they finally came to do the job- the workers knew nothing about it.)   <br /> They finally came to do the job on a dark Sunday evening. They called ahead and said they'd arrive in 25-30 minutes. They arrived an hour later. <br /> They did a decent job of sweeping out the garage and they did put everything back neatly. It looked better. <br /> My husband thought it was worth what we paid (I got a special deal through Amazon local). <br /> But I would never use them again due to the scheduling problems. <br /> <br /> <br />

I purchased a dealtificate discount coupon to clean my garage. A bit of a delay making a Sat appt as they are booked most weekends. Once a date was selected they showed up on time. Two gentleman came and were very productive. We sorted everything first. They cleaned all areas of the floor and even did my shelves (which is not included!) and helped to put everything back in an organized fashion. Big bonus - the owner is very tall and could put things on top shelf without using a ladder. They were in and out in 3 hours and my garage looks great!!!  Guys were decent, good-natured gentleman who worked hard for me. I would recommend them.
