I spoke to Matthew and we agreed for me to email/text photos of the house so he could see the windows and prepare a quote. Since we live 15 miles south of town, this was not unreasonable to ask. Steven and Andrew arrived promptly and discussed the scope of work to be done. They went right to work and did a fabulous job with green products. They were very professional and courteous and I highly recommend this company.

These guys are the BEST!!! What they did in 5-6 hours would have taken me a week. They were polite, clean, efficient and joy to work with.

Very clean windows and screens - best I have experienced in the area. Window casings wiped. Reported an issue with skylights. Extremely pleasant young men (3), wasted no time, continually rechecked windows from other angles, including door near bbq.

Matthew was our contact, checked on workers. Guys were efficient, professional and timely. They are very busy so you need to get in queue to have work done. Plan ahead! They guarantee work, so if it rains, they come back to touch up.

They did an excellent job.  They worked around furniture (inside) and vegetation (outside.)  The windows are VERY clean.  This is the third year they have done this service, and I have always been very satisfied. <br />

They scheduled me about two weeks in advance. They got ahead of their schedule and called to ask if they could come early. That was OK. They arrived, looked over the job and gave me an estimate. Then they got busy and didn't stop until the job was done. They worked efficiently inside and out. We were very pleased with the result. <br />

Easy to get an appointment. They arrived on time and finished promptly. They were very efficient and personable. I have many clerestory windows that hadn't been cleaned in years. There is so much more light now. I will definitely use them again. Matt and his crew are awesome! <br />

I called and left message and Matthew called me back within 10 mins to set up an appt.  We had to reschedule the appt once, but they showed up on time the day of.  And throughly cleaned every window and screen in our house.  Very professional, nice and diligent about doing a great job.  Left me with a cloth to clean off the inevitable finger prints and told me to call if I wasn't happy with the quality and they would come back and clean any problem spots.  As they were packing up I did notice an area that wasn't absolutely clean - so they got their tools about again, climbing up the ladder on the outside of the house to reach the smudge.  I was very impressed and will definitely call them the next time I need a cleaning.  Won't need every window cleaned each time, just west facing ones on a semi-regular basis <br />

Two men arrived as expected with all needed tools.  Got the job done quickly and efficiently.  We are very pleased with their work!  Our windows look clear and clean.  They will contact us in 6 months to schedule an exterior cleaning to remove the effects of winter.  Good idea! <br />

Scheduling was easy and they changed schedule easily and quickly when my schedule changed. They did a good job. Arrived on time, cleaned a difficult set of windows. I was a bit shocked with the price quoted for regular cleaning service; I suppose everything in Santa Fe costs more than I would expect.

They came on time and worked away until the windows sparkled.  They were very professional and pleasant and not a bother to have around.  We enjoyed talking to them and when they were done they took us on a tour of their work which was amazing.  We are very pleased and will have them back. <br />

I was very disappointed.  This was a substandard job.  They didn't wash the screens or the window sills or the window rails.  The windows were not washed correctly and there were unwashed areas.  I asked that they return to actually wash the screens, spot wash the windows, and clean the window rails.  Matthew didn't show up the second time - he sent his worker who did work hard to try to make this right.  The worker had to spend hours doing work that should have been done right the first time.  <br /> For over $300, I expected expert window cleaning.  I do not recommend this company. <br />

My initial call was returned in a timely manner.  Three young men arrived promptly at the scheduled time.  I was given an estimate of the charges for washing my windows inside and out plus the screens.  Very reasonable.  They started work immediately and completed the job in a very professional manner.  I will definitely schedule this company in the future. <br />

My initial phone call to set up an appointment was returned within a day. The 3 person crew arrived on time ( they were running ahead of schedule and called to see if they could come early) and Matthew gave me an estimate before they started working. They washed all sash windows, inside & out, and screens for my single story home (24 windows and 2 sets of French doors. ) and were friendly, efficient, professional,  and mindful of my indoor- only cats. We set up an appointment for a spring cleaning. The windows look terrific: sparkling without any streaks. They finished in one hour what would have taken me 2 days to do myself.

They were very prompt and very fast.  The work was exceptionally well done and I had no reason for call-backs because things were not done right.  They required almost not monitoring to ensure everything was done well.  I paid about 10% for their work, but needed to have the  previous company come back 2 times to get the job done right (for example, they didn't clean the screens.)  We Do Windows cost a bit more, but I am happy to pay for the job done right. <br />

The work was done professionally and quickly. The service provider explained all the procedures and gladly accepted to remove, clean and replace window screens in addition to the windows at no extra cost. The results were sparkling. Couldn't be happier. Will stay with this provider for the forseeable future. <br />

Very prompt and efficient in their work. When I pointed out a smudge left on one window (only apparent when the light was exactly there, so easy to miss), they pulled out their ladder again, removed the large, awkward screen, and double and triple checked to make sure the smudge was gone. <br /> I am not good at cleaning glass -- I seem to have the streaks curse -- so I am very happy that they can provide me with streak-free glass and mirrors. <br /> <br />
