The glass was cut incorrectly the first time. He blamed it on the glass supplier and then the glass was cut incorrectly the second time but he still installed it. he filled all the gaps with a bunch of silicone that later slipped. The shower leaks and is unleveled. It would be fine if he came out and repaired but he refuses to come back out or return phone calls.

"All due respect, we are in contact with the home owner, and has been compliant with us. Ownertried calling [Member Name Removed] manager of American wolf construction, he failed to answer or respond to the home owner about us coming to resolve the problem. As for threatening to sue us when the home owner had yet to proceed any kind of case, is dishonest and rude. The glass was cut incorrectly many times, because of shortage of employees due to many of them getting COVID. We are responsive, and honest with our work and fixing our end of the issue. Cost for shower was $1,800 instead of $2,500 just so you remember as well. Thanks, have a great day."

We were very pleased with the entire process. Jake was prompt in contacting us and determining our needs. He updated us several times during the process and was very flexible in working with our schedule. I will be using him next on ordering screens for the house.

I had a great experience with Weeks Glass LLC. Jake was polite, prompt, his bid was very fair, he kept me in the loop with updated status reports when Covind has caused some supply chain issues. If you leave a call or text you get responded to typically within a few hours. And when the glass arrived he did a solid install job, and cleaned up the work area like it had never been touched! That is not true unfortunately of many contractors that I have worked with. I would do business with Week's Glass LLC again, and give them my solid recommendation.

Jake was very clean and very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed done and was able to help me on his initial visit. I plan to have him return to replace a mirror in one of our bathrooms. I felt that he was was reasonably priced too.

Jake did an amazing job at replacing our shower door that’s we’ve been needing done. Pricing was the best we found but don’t let that fool you. Their work is 5 star and we are 100% satisfied with the results. Jake answered all our questions, was well knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend if you’re living in the valley!
