The portico could not have turned out any better. The project started as soon as our town provided the permit, and Mark's crew worked long days for a week and completed the project quickly. There were only two hiccups, both of which gave Mark an opportunity to show just how much he cares about his clients being satisfied with his work: First, a misunderstanding caused the color of the shingles on portico not to match the color of shingles on our house. When we pointed this out, the very next day Mark provided a full set of shingle samples so we could choose the closest matching color and the portico's shingles were redone. Second, there were some cosmetic issues with the paint and nailmarks on the flat parts of the portico; Mark himself came back after the project was completed, touched up the affected areas, and repainted the affected areas. In the end, the portico looks perfect and we are very happy with how we were treated like VIP by Mark and his crew.

Very well. I've used Mark & Weico builders for several projects over the past 5 years & have been very satisfied with their work. The biggest being the complete gut renovation of my cottage in Brigantine (which I'm very pleased with). From big jobs to small, Mark & his crew do it all! Weico Builders did an excellent job. They took the rough drawn plan that I gave them and turned it into reality. They took care of the permits, official architect drawings,and all foundational, structural, electrical, heating and internal needs. We had a few setbacks with the township but they were resolved quickly and professionally. Any problems that were encountered were also resolved promptly. I would definitely recommend Weico Builders to others. I am enjoying my new modern bath,bedroom and deck.
