We ordered the material and then you sent me a message a week later saying that it’s not me it’s just business. You don’t wanna do it no more you’re going with somebody else after signing a contract and I did offer a refund after I took out 20% restock fees, cause that’s what the store charges and the inspection fee for the two hours we spent trying to determine why you were not getting air on your second floor and the completion of the pergola was also taken out of that deposit."

"So the bedroom was almost completed. We got the whole room out, put all your flooring down outlets and drywall, but before the drywall went up, a leak was noticed in the roof so we repaired her roof completely free which eliminated a day of work that we could’ve been working on her room. Also Rottenwood was noticed around all the windows something we could not determine when the room was there so that also took time to fix and replace which we also did for completely free things that were noticed in the home were just adding more days onto our completion date so going into our second week we received a phone call on our way out there that she did not want us to complete the work And fired us because we went into our second week so we printed off a release form and it was signed and we were released from all duties and expenses on that job we would have loved to complete the work there and seeing what it looks like once the job was completed, but we did not get that opportunity."
