After installing, there was a problem with the pressure tank. He promised to come back to finish the job but after several attempts to reach him, he either ignored my messages or had an excuse why he couldn't come back. He had already been paid. I also asked him three times about cleaning my gutters but he never did. Never heard from him again. I had to hire someone else to complete the jobs.

Dennis did an excellent job. The tile job I hired him to do turned out to be a bit of a challenge but he took it on pleasantly and professionally. It turned out beautiful. He was always prompt, very reliable, and courteous and he always cleaned up the area at the end of the day. Not only would I use him again in any handyman capacity, I would highly recommend him to others.

So far, so good. Denis did half the job. After everything dries, then he will return.

Due to the high winds that we have recently had a piece of soffit came down. I called Weir's Property Maintenance & Repair to have it fixed. Dennis was very busy and told me that he would fit me in when he could. My doorbell rang at 8:30a.m. a few days later and Dennis was ready to take care of the issue. I asked how much it would cost and he told me that it was such a simple job (10 minutes) that there would be no charge. That is a great way to start a business relationship with a new customer. I will definitely call him when I have further needs of his services.

Great quality and matching of paint- we are very pleased <br />

This was a three residence job including two rental units and a condominium. The above properties were originally purchased for my use and I had no experience or desire to handle rentals. It can be so difficult to have work done properly and timely if it is your own residence and these are long distance homes. Fortunately I was able to meet Dennis the very day before I had to leave the duplex and had my "wish list" prepared to see what he could and could not cover. From that point on things were taken off my shoulders. There were times I did not take Dennis' advice and of course regretted it but he worked around me in spite of me and got everything done! Two examples: he advised a satin finish for the exterior and I instead ordered 12 samples of flat, he advised a less pale color than I had chosen, he advised me to purchase an AC/Heater wall unit no bigger than what was in place and to not exceed a certain wattage. Because of these issues I had to re-choose a satin paint, have pigment added because it looked white, have Dennis cut through the walls to accommodate oversized unit and have additional work done by electricians. Dennis will treat your property, decisions and concerns as his own. Do you think many contractors would bother to keep coming back with the paint details? or more likely have the attitude "well YOU chose the paint "or try to prevent you from creating more work like cutting into walls? Because of all he done so well I brought him into the Condo where I had attempted  to get Property Managers to get some prep done for rentals. I had Dennis take over from that pointand he has done wonders quickly and very reasonably. I believe in my case he has gone beyond what he normally does because I was in a time crunchI because of work that had been delayed or poorly done. Also, he stayed in contact since I am not in area, and called, sent texts and many photos of work! <br />

This was a huge job and was nearly a full remodel with most items in the home being replaced.  I was very pleased with Dennis in all areas.  Price, Communication, Quality, and Cleanliness.  Dennis also offered great suggestions along the way as I want to live in this home for awhile and then possibly rent it.  His suggestions are items I would not have thought of, and were spot on for maximizing the re-sale potential later.  I won't hesitate to contact Dennis again for future work.  I paid for all supplies, and Dennis would met me at Home Depot on a as-needed basis to pickup the materials needed. Dennis returned my call quickly to set up an appointment.  He was on time to give me an estimate and then set up a time to return later the SAME day to complete the work.  I felt his fee was appropriate and affordable.  He was able to return earlier but called me first to make sure it was ok- I appreciated that very much.  He was very kind, professional and was organized.  He even painted around my new light fixture as a courtesy.   I will definitely hire him again!

Dennis replied to my call the same day and had a quote to me the following day. His price was fair, his work thorough and completed in a timely manner. I would definitely hire Dennis again.

Dennis was very efficient.  Several jobs all well done.  His price was even less than he originally quoted.  I'm sure I will call Dennis many times again in future.

Dennis is the best handyman around.  There Isn't anything he can't fix and he is happy to take care of your handyman list.  He is very professional, always on time and in a pleasant mood.  He does a super job of painting.  He is also reasonable cost wise.  I have never been this pleased with anyone else.  I will recommend him to everyone.

Dennis was very punctual, came out and measured the area to be covered and picked up the materials. Dennis then proceeded to measure and cut the plywood necessary to cover area of the attic that was measured. Working in the garage and carrying the material upstairs in very hot and humid conditions. Dennis then came back the following morning to complete the job. <br />

<p>He got out to the house the day after I called--his estimate was fast and very fair, which as a Realtor I appreciated very much.  He followed-up the estimate with a couple of calls and acted very eager for the work--a refreshing change from the attitude I sometimes encounter with vendors here in SW Florida who act like they are doing you a favor to take your job.  He performed the work in a timely manner, to my satisfaction, and even went above and beyond the proposal, repairing a few areas that the home inspection report didn't mention but that he caught in the course of the job.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>I have every intention of calling on Mr. Weir for any jobs I might have in the future and would recommend him to anyone.</p> <br />

Dennis arrived at the scheduled time.  He is very personable.  He did a good job and I will call on him again for future jobs. <br />
