From the initial walkthrough with Greg, their team was professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. They took the time to optimize the design and functionality of each space. Norberto was our onsite project manager and provided clear communication throughout the project. We always felt informed about timelines and next steps. The craftmanship truly stands out- every detail from the tile work to the fixtures as completed with precision and care. The team was respectful of our home, kept the area clean (as best that can be expected), stayed on schedule which made the entire process very smooth. We could not be happier with the results. Our 40 year old master bathroom was completely renovated to a 2025 look with beautiful results. The entire team was professional, respectful and careful in our home. Both Norberto and Lukus helped us throughout the process. We are most appreciative of their expertise and attention to detail. We got our kitchen fully renovated and I wanted to sit on this review for a month before sharing. While my husband and I are super pleased with how our kitchen turned out, we found parts of the communication process to be lacking and honestly didn't feel like we were a big priority for their team. There were small inconsistencies in what was communicated prior to the project start versus during (ex. design turnaround time, availability to work on weekends, not being clear on when items needed to be ordered and then asked when said items were being delivered, etc). Our kitchen finished on schedule but I didn't feel they tried to get it done sooner although there were opportunities to do so. The team was friendly and communication was fine when I reached out but I expected more from their team when they had advertised as providing white-glove service and that was a big reason as to why we chose them.

I highly recommend Greg and his team at Welcome Renovation. They were a pleasure to work with and completely professional, timely, warm and accommodating throughout our entire project. We did a complete bathroom remodel in our one and only small bathroom. Greg and his team really listened to my needs during the design process by maximizing our small bathroom space while also giving us a much larger bedroom closet on the other side of the wall! Bonus! Welcome Renovation was recommended by a neighbor and the highlights she shared were the same for me as well: 1) guaranteed pricing - there was no extra or surprise fees so financially it was a stress-free process knowing we could afford the amount Greg quoted; 2) all inclusive process from design to construction; 3) looks like an upscale bathroom but no frills - just high-quality, affordable pieces; 4) work started and finished on time - even a little earlier that quoted. I loved the simplicity of the design process. LaDarius listened to our likes/dislikes and made a beautiful design booklet for us. I loved that he just gave us 3 choices - it was a pretty quick and painless process and we got a designer looking bathroom without us having to do all the research and sourcing ourselves. The construction team was professional and made sure to make everything right - doing the small, finishing touches we requested, etc. The construction highlight of the bathroom to me is the very nice gliding, custom-made shower doors - my relative who just did a full home remodel was envious of them! My husband and I knew we didn’t want to do a full home remodel but we really wanted a new, beautiful bathroom (with working lights and no mildew!!) that we could afford and didn’t need to move out of the house for more than a month. The fact that Greg’s team was able to schedule more than half the construction time to occur during our two-week spring break was a major bonus! And hopefully a few years down the road we will have saved up enough for the kitchen and we will be looking forward to working with Welcome Renovation again!

Could not be happier with the amazing job Greg and his team did with our primary bathroom. We got multiple quotes and Welcome Renovation was in line with all of them. The thing that set them apart was that the quote included everything, so there was no worry about going over budget. The price that was quoted was the price we paid. In addition, the team was comminicative throughout the whole process which I really appreciated. Someone was here pretty much every day, and we were told what to expect for the next day. Having had another project done after this one, with a not so communicative company, I can't stress enough how important communication is. The whole process was simple and easy since the design was included too. Now we just have to save up enough money to have them do our kitchen too!

The good news is you can stop your search. THIS IS the team you want. The bad news is that as soon as they’re finished, you’ll want them to do the other bathrooms and/or kitchen in your house. We have almost all had a renovation nightmare at some point- myself included. When I tell you that they have taken away all of the headache associated with renovations, I mean it! One step ended and then next step began immediately. The design team was truly invested in making our dream kitchen a reality. I loved seeing a 3D rendering before we broke ground. All the materials are gorgeous and well made. I spoke with or texted with our project manager, Lukus, nearly every day of the project. I knew exactly what to expect each and every day. They are not messing around with communication! Their time estimate was spot-on for our kitchen and the crew was clean and respectful. I am so very pleased with our new kitchen and I can hardly believe it’s a reality. Welcome Renovation will definitely be back in our house for future projects!

We bought our house in 1997 and finally decided to renovate our bathroom. The initial inspection and estimate from Greg was very easy, professional and honest. Azalea helped me design and put together a great design book. She's very patient, kind and creative. The demolition by Alejandro was quick, easy and clean. The electrical and plumbing by George and his team was excellent and professional. The drywall installation by Oliver was very precise and clean. Jaime and Claudia were great at applying the hot mop. That's not an easy job whatsoever. The tile work by Roberto was AMAZING and BEAUTIFULLY done. We love his work! The shower glass by Felix was designed and measured so beautifully and professionally. His installation team did an AMAZING job and the glass just adds a beautiful and luxurious touch! Lukus and Norberto did a fabulous job at always keeping us informed, updated and handling any concerns or questions we had. Most importantly, Lukus came back afterwards, and fine tuned any small fixes we needed. This is a service most companies don't keep their word on. They gave us 100% satisfaction! We'll continue to use this company and suggest them to everyone.

Greg and his team renovated our townhouse while we were traveling overseas; when we returned 4 weeks later our place was 90 percent finished! We remodeled our kitchen, two full bathrooms and a powder room. His project coordinator, Lukus, did a great job keeping us informed of progress while we were away. We have done a few renovations and they are never problem ( big or small ) free and those conversations are always awkward because contractors donâ t always take responsibility. The small issues we encountered with Welcome were quickly addressed; customers satisfaction is important to Greg and his team which was refreshing. We look forward to working with them in the future with our other properties. ð

The workers building our kitchen were all very friendly and professional. Their work was top-notch! We cannot say enough good things about our experience with the Welcome Renovation team. They were referred to us by friends who had a good experience and suggested we give them a bid. This was our first professional renovation and it really spoiled us. I wasn't sure how it would be possible that they could be onsite and in touch at the start and end of everyday or that they would bring and remove materials each day without storing them. Moreover, they tidied up each day behind themselves and truly were the most respectful of our space and belongings. The quality of the custom cabinetry and finishes is truly amazing, as well as the workmanship and attention to detail. They managed to deliver a flawlessly executed kitchen for a price that I'd argue was a bargain, all in 3 weeks time. Without question it was a great experience. After interviewing 10 contractors, Greg and Lucy at Welcome Renovation was number 11 and the one I decided to hire. I recently renovated a condo and had a terrible experience so I wanted to make sure I hired the right person. Greg stood out from the rest because he was not pushy and had a trust worthiness to him. It is important to note, Welcome is not a contractor, they are a project manager/ design team and work with one particular contractor for their all their jobs. I did a large scale full home remodel, full kitchen, 3 bath's, floors, and paint. I believe is probably the largest project Welcome had done when we hired them. The estimated completion was a little delayed but that is to be expected with such a large job. Welcome's upfront cost was what I was looking for bc if my previous negative experience of constant change orders. Greg and Lucy are responsive and pay attention to details. Overall I am happy with my remodel and am now 4+ months after completion. I've had a few items that needed fixing after the fact and Greg and Lucy would have the contractor out within a week to fix my issue, this peace of mind was well worth hiring Welcome Reno. Welcome Renovation is a sweet welcome after previous experiences with contractors who absolutely did not know what they were doing, took way too long, and cost too much money for frustratingly sloppy work that ultimately needed to be redone. Our experience with Welcome Renovation was the complete opposite: Greg, Lucy, and their team were highly professional, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, meticulous, practical, honest, transparent, trustworthy, friendly, and just a joy to work with. Ours was a HUGE project. We wanted our kitchen, our master bathroom, and our powder room completely torn apart and redone because they were outdated and not as functional as we want them to be. We knew it was a costly, time-consuming undertaking, so we wanted a renovation company that we can trust. We found Welcome Renovation through word of mouth, and from the moment we met Greg, we got a good vibe. The guy knew what he was doing. One of the best points about Welcome Renovation is respect. They respected us. They respected our vision, our space, our time, our money, our needs. They listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions and advice, but ultimately worked hard to execute exactly what we wanted. They checked and re-checked and triple-checked things to make sure we are fully satisfied. And because they showed this respect, they earned our respect as well. They also did such a wonderful job. Our kitchen and two bathrooms were completely redone in about two months-- that's including tearing down everything, redoing the plumbing and electricity work, tiling, flooring, fitting in new appliances, painting, sticking wallpaper, etc. We feel like we live in a new house. And we love it so much.

I feel so insanely lucky to have come across such a talented and caring remodeling and construction group - they were referred to me and I would happily refer them to anyone else. I donâ t know if I can fully convey how smoothly my whole house remodel project went but I will sure try! The Experience: I immediately noticed that Welcome Renovation prioritizes your experience. For example - excellent project management and communication. I am incredibly busy with work and they made the whole process SO easy working around my schedule and sending pictures when I wasnâ t able to drop by in person. I felt 100% confident with the design choices they made and was happy with all of the options (these were all carefully down-selected so there werenâ t an overwhelming number of choices). I can count at least 4 - probably more if I really thought about it - ways they actually spent more money on their end to make things look better or improve functionality, without increasing the price to me. They went and fixed a number of items that had been screwed up by a previous construction group at extremely fair price additions in a seamless addition to the contract. Every single worker was friendly and courteous, and I felt safe and trusted them in my home both when I was there and when they were alone. They reached out after project completion and asked for constructive feedback - while I did not have any complaints, I had a few minor suggestions all of which they addressed and took actions on both for me and for improving for future projects. I canâ t think of anyone else in the industry who goes above and beyond like that. Aesthetics: All of the designs are absolutely gorgeous. From the textures and colors, to the fixtures, and the impeccable tile work; you can bet your place is going to look *spectacular* when they are finished. The pictures on their website donâ t do them justice - there is a â wowâ factor that cannot be conveyed in 2D. Example: long shower inlet for soaps and shampoos - spans almost the whole length of the shower and has beautiful, large and perfectly symmetric tiles in the inset. Kitchen backsplash tile work is pristine - you couldnâ t find an error if you had a magnifying glass. Functionality: Everything was designed around making my day-to-day life easier - a few examples (not an exhaustive list by any measure): Putting the shower handle to the other side of the shower entrance so I could turn it on and not get wet waiting for the water to warm up Changing to a pocket door with custom pop-out handle (much more difficult and costly) to open up the entrance to my tiny bathroom Maximizing cabinet space in my small kitchen to utilize all the corner spaces, putting in a spice drawer right next to the stove. Pricing: The pricing was slightly higher than other groups I got bids from, but seeing the end result I am (1) enjoying the sh!t out of the space on a daily basis and (2) confident there will be a return on investment later down the road if/when I sell the home. I am very, very happy with the end product and feel like my money was well spent - no regrets.

Working with Welcome Renovations was the best decision we could have made when we purchased our home. We had a kitchen that had the original bones of a 1960s house and needed to be completely redone. I spoke with Greg at Welcome Renovations, and he gave me a quote and a timeline and said they could start right away. The quote that was given to us is what we paid, and Greg kept everyone on a strict timeline. The design and finishes are high end, and we are very impressed with the attention to detail. We plan to bring Welcome Renovations back when we update our bathrooms.

We have just finished the renovation of our 70s kitchen and bathroom and we cannot be more pleased with the results. Greg and his company Welcome Renovation along with his team, has transformed our super outdated space into a beautiful, functional, modern kitchen and bathroom. We recently moved to SoCal and were in desperate need to remodel the kitchen in our condo quickly. After talking to a big box store and a few other local options, we found Welcome Renovation. Greg was super responsive, detailed and provided a very competitive price with an all-in approach. We just completed everything and LOVE the results - top quality finishings, beautiful design work and overall a great experience that met our timeline too.

It was so nice to work with someone who could give me options for the design instead of me having to choose everything all the time. He understood my vision and was able to give me great options to execute it.

We were super excited about getting our kitchen and flooring renovated. Greg was very accommodating by meeting with us on weekends to do proposals and get the project started. We loved the design concept that he offered and the all in pricing was great. Even though he was the most expensive bud, we went with Welcome Renovations because of what they promised to provide. Unfortunately that promise wasnt kept. Our project started fast and furious and we couldnt wait to see it finished. Then the nightmare began. Greg doesnt actually do the project management anymore and has a new team member who took over. She is not as knowledgeable and things do not flow smoothly. Plus, be warned, YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU SPEC OR PAY FOR! We were replacing our flooring and asked for underlayment. It was stated in our quote that we would receive underlayment. On the first day of flooring install I noticed there was no underlayment and was told Oh you dont need it. We also chose a solid wood baseboard and received an MDF baseboard instead. Before the project began I asked if we should get a dumpster for trash. We were told that isnt necessary as trash would be hauled off daily. You can see from the photos that this didnt happen. We were also told that plastic barrier walls would be put up. Not once did that happen. They removed drywall from exterior walls and when they replaced it they didnt put the insulation back. They completely forgot about installing wiring for the under cabinet lighting until I reminded them. Last week they only worked two full days then asked if they could work on Saturday. We agreed because we are at a point that we want them finished and out of our house. They painted all day Saturday WITH THE WRONG PAINT! The end result is turning out beautiful but you will need to spend a LOT of time managing your project. If you dont know about construction I would stay away because they will not do things properly!

Greg understood and creatively honored our need to maximize literally every square inch of our tiny space - while simultaneously ensuring the room has super airy, open feel. Greg and his company Welcome Renovation did an amazing job on a recent renovation of my LA loft. Greg and team were always punctual, courteous, and most importantly, exhibited an eye for detail and took great care in every aspect of the job. We completed the project on time and on budget; there were never any surprises and Greg was communicative every step of the way. I was never, ever nervous or concerned about anything. Greg was an excellent partner for our condo's kitchen renovation. I loved having one person I could trust to take care of everything. On top of that, his all-inclusive rate was a lot less than other quotes I got. Design phase: Our original kitchen had an awkward double L-shaped layout, and I hadn't even considered the possibility of changing the layout because other people told us it would be more expensive to do so. But Greg suggested this new layout that made our space feel so much bigger and assured us it wouldn't be a big deal at all (and it wasn't). Greg also has good taste. I also have a design background, so I'm particularly invested in the design phase. It was great to collaborate with Greg on the elements that mattered to me (finish materials) and defer to his expertise on the rest. Construction phase: The majority of the project, from demo day to having a functional kitchen, was only about one month, which was great since we are also living here during construction. The contractors he used were all great at each of their specialties and very nice. Greg came by often to check on the project and was very detail-oriented, making sure everything came out perfect and catching things I might not have even noticed. There were a few small punch list items to get through at the end, but he handled it all with ease, and we're thrilled with our new kitchen. Greg is super easy to work with, and when we get around to updating our bathrooms, I'll definitely work with him again!

We are very pleased with Welcome Renovations process. Our bathroom was completed in the exact time was promised, and we can't be more impressed with how things have turned out with the space. The whole process has been so easy, Welcome Renovation handles everything, and you don't have to worry about anything going wrong.
