Wells Professional Painting

The customer service was good, but the paint job was not worth 2400. They too the doors off my vanity for 4 days instead of just leaving them off until finished. I can see paint brush lines, and they did come back to smooth the caulking in the corner of the door casing. I have now hired a company who is basically going to pain all of the inside. They are spraying all doors, casing, and baseboards. The job was suppose to be no longer than 2 days, but it took 4 1/2 days. I definitely need to do better vetting those who do work on the house.

It went very well. These folks are very respectful, polite, and communicative. They performed all of the work as proposed with attention to details that helped us to make decisions to achieve a quality result. They even went the extra mile by replacing some rotten boards that they found. We are very happy!

It went great! They communicated often and very respectfully, followed up when there were rain days and with other information to keep us in the loop. Worked quickly through our deck and it was done in a couple of days (working with rain in the afternoons/weather delays). It would’ve been faster! I noticed they took care and time to make sure they didn’t paint on my siding/flashing that touches/adjacent to the deck. Appreciated that attention to detail! Would hire again.

This is the second job that Wells Professional Painting has done for me. Like the first job, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and dedication to doing an excellent job. They are great people to work with and I would hire them again and feel confident that the job would be well done.

We contacted Wells Professional Painting (Steve & Julie) September 2022 as we were wanted to have the exterior of the home stained/painted & several repairs completed prior to winter. They promptly came out and reviewed the house, discussed what needed to be completed and provided us with an reasonable estimate for the work to be completed. As with all quality professionals, they were booked out several months and were honest about being able to complete the work prior to the weather changing. The weather did not cooperate, but Steve & Julie did accommodate our need of having several of the repairs completed prior to winter and would not accept any payment until all the work had been completed. Fast forward to spring, they and their team came and did a beautiful job painting (solid stain) the house. Their entire crew was respectful, polite, hardworking, & cleaned up after themselves each day they were here. They were most accommodating with the changes and additions that were done throughout the project. Would definitely recommend them.
