Gunnar, Wolfgang, and the crews are awesome! I have hired these guys multiple times for several (sometimes complicated multi-stop moves). They are prompt, kind, gentle with furniture and stuff, efficient, and true to their pre-work estimate. Everything about working with We MOVE Philly made the moving process easy-- I will definitely hire them again!

Gunnar (1 of the owners) was easy to deal with & communicated with me very efficiently. I live in an HOA so he had some extra steps involved when dealing with my moving request. He sent Wally and Ben, who were both amazing! I’ve hired quite a few local moving companies & have never had any as personable or professional. They were efficient, took great care of my items, & ensured that I was completely satisfied with their work before leaving. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. Andrew Harley and Ben were friendly efficient great communicators. Very thoughtful and careful un their work. They worked with their heads as well as their hands. And finished much earlier than I expected. The way they placed things made my unpacking much easier. Would recommend and rehire them again without hesitation.

I have hired the We Move Philly guys several times, for moves to and from DC from Philly, for moves in Philly, for loading and unloading UHauls that I drove myself, and for moving furniture and other things inside my house. They are terrific! Professional, helpful, flexible, efficient and all around nice guys too. Their service is cost-efficient, but never cheap! They have packed, wrapped, protected and transported my daughter's belongings to and from DC (twice), picked up gym equipment we bought from a friend, moved my stepson from one house to another in Philly, with stops at a storage unit, moved two daughters out of my house and into a house in West Philly and helped get my house ready for renovations by relocating furniture. They show up on time, get the work done, and deal with unusual circumstances sometimes (dogs underfoot, odd rules for moving into apartments, perking permits that people ignore in downtown DC, etc), all with good humor. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have used We Move Philly many times to help my children move in and out of apartments, both in-state and out-of-state, and they have been exceptional every time. They are punctual, professional, and make every move run smoothly. Their team packs and unpacks quickly and efficiently, taking great care with everything. Once, when We Move wasn’t available, I used another mover and several items were damaged because the truck wasn’t packed properly. I called We Move Philly in tears, explaining that I still had a long drive ahead to New York City. They came right away, repacked the truck, and made sure everything was secure so I could continue my move safely. When my daughter needed to move between apartments in New York, We Move handled it for less than any local mover I contacted—and they even provided their own truck, so I didn’t need to rent a U-Haul. I truly can’t recommend We Move Philly enough. They do an incredible job and make the entire moving process stress-free.

We move Philly helped me move my mom’s furniture and belongings to a long term care facility. They were very friendly and supportive to the situation taking care of her things and were extremely fast. I believe this is the 4th time I have engaged their services which never disappoint. I speak highly of them and look forward to getting in contact with them again in the next few months after we sell my mother’s house and I move again!

It was great, rainy but great. The guys did an excellent job, they were courteous, clean and really serious about the job.

I got a call the day before that the provider would be 2 hours late. Although this was an inconvenience, he did send another employee to help. A: The employees scratched the door on my refrigerator. B: The employees stained my sofas by standing them up right instead of down on the legs C: The employees scratched my hardwood floor. When brought to the movers attention, they were hesitant to take the issue seriously. They all said "you can just color in the stain." However when a person is buying a new home, they aren't too eager about one of the major selling points being damaged. Unfortunately scratching my hardwood floor was complete negligence. Instead of carrying in my refrigerator, they dragged it across my floor and created a deep, white scratch. I contacted the owner immediately. He was very friendly and reassuring and said that he would take care of all of the damage. Over the next two months, I was essentially led to believe that this would happen, however the situation has only escalated to become much worse. Markers and cheap stains do not repair a hardwood floor. Sanding and refinishing do. In the course of these two months of "fixes," the provider has essentially created a dark brown spot with a huge shine streak across my floor, making it look 10 times worse than it ever did AND I have wasted my time now trying to be reasonable with him over the repair. There is NO excuse for laziness and negligence, and especially for a lack of accountability. The provider caused damage to my home and is unwilling to take the APPROPRIATE steps to fix the issue. This provider only further damaged my property instead of resolving it.

These guy's were great. They did everything that they said they would. Dan in the office called they day before the move to make sure everything was still on. Wolfgang and John (the movers) showed up on time they packed the truck fast and efficient. They were very professional and courteous. I would only recommend this moving service!!!! Great people to work with.

We needed to wait until the morning of our new bedroom set  delivery to have the old one moved <br>to the porch.  Since we couldn't get a time from the furniture delivery center until the day before, it was a tight time frame. <br>Dan Koert was terrific!  He was responsive and professional.  The day before, he provided the names of the two individuals who <br>be arriving at my home the following morning.  They were right on time, courteous and they did <br>a wonderful job! Dan and his crew made it so easy for my husband and I-I will absolutely use them whenever <br>the need arises. <br>I could not have asked for anything better--I recommend We Move- Labor Only Moving whole heartedly! <br> <br>

The two movers showed up on time at the first location. They moved a rug to the third floor of this home then packed and secured a 4 piece large wall unit into the truck I rented. I then drove the truck to the second location and they removed the wall unit from the truck and placed the wall unit into a living room location on the first floor of my home and asked specific questions regarding where it needed to be center and where I wanted to plug it it in. We were done within one hour, which was great as I needed to get back to work. I would highly recommend and use them again. <br />

We hired We Move to help move office furniture. The two men were outside of my office smoking when we arrived. They were on time but smelled like cigarettes. One was very kind and helpful. The other man was rude, impatient and reckless. In the end he broke a desk and bookshelf. They were paid by the hour and I still had packing to do as they moved things as this move was unexpected. He acted as if we were wasting his time that we were paying for. I'm writing this review because I did reach out to the company to use them again and asked that this person not be sent. I informed the owner about the broken furniture and other problems. He did not care and had no response. He said this person would be sent again so they cannot help us. Great idea but terrible employees, beware! <br />

The company rep was very responsive and got back to my Angie's List message right away, after regular business hours.   He remained in touch to answer my questions at all hours. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I needed help moving some big furniture a short distance and I needed it done quickly.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />They were able to come out the very next day and the two young men were very courteous, personable and hard working. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />They showed up exactly on time. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />After scoping out the job  they got right to work.  They were quick and efficient and careful.  My small job did not take them the full two hours (the company minimum) and they asked if there was more they could do.  So I did use their help also getting some big stuff out to the curb for trash pick up.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I am very happy that this company had availability.  They were a pleasure to deal with while I was stressed in panic mode. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />So nice when things work out and you find a good company with good people. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I would absolutely recommend. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
