We Organize!

This was adequate. I thought it would have been more like washing the garage floor and stuff like that.  They basically just swept it out.   It could have been more intense.

The only problem I had was in the beginning, trying to get the work scheduled.  I am not sure if it was because they had so much work, or if the scheduling people weren’t very organized.

The organizer was very professional and pleasant to work with. She helped me power through that overwhelmed feeling I get in the middle of unrelenting chaos. <br />

I did not feel like this is a valuable deal.  The bare minimum was done and I will not be using them again.

The service turned out very good. We were very pleased. They did an excellent job for us. They got us organized so that was good. I had to buy some containers which I bought on my own, but I kind of figured that it did not come with the organizing containers that I needed to get some stuff organized. We actually had them back another time to help out with another area. We worked with one area, the basement, and then, they came back and we did another area. So, I think we had them back two times total. They were on time on both times.

They did a good job cleaning, but I didn't feel like it was anything extra, like the re-organize part. It was fine, they did a good job. But I thought it would have been a little bit extra. It looks like I got what I paid for and it was supposed to be like a deal. I feel like I've got the $111 value. I would probably use them again just for a normal cleaning though.

She was very professional.  She took her time and really tried to understand what I needed done.

I travel for business and it was difficult to set a date with this vendor for 2 months; so we spent several months attempting to schedule the service and I take responsibility for this.  All communication was via e-mail. On the date that was finally agreed upon, she called and said the weather was bad and asked to cancel the time.  I agreed because I didn't want her to get stuck in a storm or the snow.   <br /> I have sent several e-mails in the interim to try to reschedule with no response.  The last (9/6) was a request for a refund and still no response.

They were very nice. We were moving so we had them clean after we'd moved all of our stuff out. We had no problems with scheduling.

Not very thorough housecleaner, didnt get the clean we were hoping for. Probably stick to organizing ... <br />

We had an Angie's List deal- four hours of housecleaning for $99.  They came as scheduled, did a nice job cleaning the house- it was well worth it. <br />

Greg and Tracy arrived early and immediately got to work. They are very friendly, courteous, and most importantly hard working. THEY WASTED NO TIME. I couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond. My garage was a HUGE mess and now it looks like a garage should, clean, neat, and organized. I would highly recommend we-organize. Krystal the owner was also very responsive and replied immediately to my requests.

I had 'We Organize!' come in. It was like $100 to come in and organize which is a complete total disaster. They had 2 men there for 4 hours and got half way done because I had too much stuff. That's about it. They didn't quite do what I was expecting, but it is okay. They were very prompt. It was not quite what I was expecting. When they came in, they didn't have any tools or anything. They were expecting me to supply all their cleaning supplies and everything. I would ask them to really just kind of clarify that. They did work hard. They stayed an hour longer than they were contracted to trying to finish up as much as they could. They were kind of overwhelmed by what they saw. I don't blame them for what happened. It was not quite as much as I expected. They were like an hour late and that's why they stayed the extra hour. The people on the phone and especially the guys that came in, they do it for a living but it was like they weren't in uniform or anything and they weren't professional in that as such. A couple of guys came in and were working for a while. At this point I am not expecting that I am going to need them again.

<em>Would I hire this company for a future job?</em>  Probably not.  It may have just been ?the day,? but the lady from We Organize brought her mother to help.  They spent the two hours (I had paid for four hours for one person; or two hours for two people, and this was provided) working mostly on the shower in the master bathroom which was NOT all that dirty to begin with and frankly smelled good but didn?t look that much different after they finished!  The daughter worked on the doors while the mother basically brought her buckets of water to rinse them! <br /> <br /> I had asked for that to be a priority, hoping they could figure out how to get the hard water etching off the shower doors.  They definitely worked on those, but had no success.  I hired them because I was HOPING for a PROFESSIONAL looking clean for the house?at least the main level?for the four hours of work, but honestly I regularly clean just as well as they did all by myself in about half the time on a regular basis!  I was hoping to find a service that I could use regularly, but I did not feel that this was worth the money on an ongoing basis.  Sorry!

They did a great job! They were very prompt and friendly. I had to work that day, so I left a list of things I wanted done and they got them all done as well as left a more detailed sheet of what they did. I will use them again in the future. <br />
