Wesco Renovations removed the carpet off thirteen steps that provides access from the living room to the bedrooms and bath upstairs in the home. The replaced with red oak hard wood flooring in which Wesley Smith used the basement of the home to measure and cut each single step. They were to provide the staining of coats for each and every step recommended and provided a water base sealer to which wasn’t done. The project started in January of 2024 and end in March 24th 2024. This project included rails being painted a specific way and color as well all areas to be painted a specific color such as rises etc freshly painted. The pricing of the of the job done was vastly did not meet expectations and over priced. All thirteen stairs either needs to be replaced, stain and seal correctly, red oak bored needs to be recut to proper fit side to side along the wall and fit to each rise step per step, most the under lap not stained, railing painted correctly to owners request. The owners of Wesco Renovations full access to the home during the entire project and while out of state March 22nd through the 25th gave Wesley Smith owner of Wesco a key to the home for access while away for a family matter. Wesco Renovation was contacted on two occasions via text and voice mail with no response from Wesley Smith LLC of Wesco Renovations.

Very much appreciated all the hardwork. I loved the finished product! The bathroom is so modern and welcoming now. They did a great job up front ensuring they knew exactly what we wanted. Great customer service and great tiling on the floor and bathroom surround. We were also impressed with the price considering the level of quality! I will definitely hire them again in the near future to remodel our second bathroom.
