Westbrook contracting did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel, expanding my closet and other carpentry work. The quality of the work was excellent. Everyone on the job could not have been nicer and they took excellent care of my home. Dave and his team were reliable responsive. The job was done on time and on budget.I highly recommend Westbrook Contracting.

To clarify, home advisor only had a select few options for job type but we had windows replaced in our home. Dave was very responsive and worked quickly but his team wasn?t careful removing the old windows and took some of the molding off several windows and didn?t fix it. There was also some old window remnants strewn about our yard. Dave did not review the work done by his team at the end of the project even when asked. For price and timeliness their work was ok but if you?re looking for a more comprehensive window install maybe vet a couple other places

We hired Dave last year for a major remodeling project and were incredibly pleased with the result. His approach of bringing on his crew to review the plans on site led to a very accurate estimate which minimized surprises. When we started out he said he'd have people working on site 5-6 days a week and that was absolutely true - work was constantly progressing and he was in constant communication with us each week to lay out the plan and what to expect. Every day we love our new home more!

Dave and his crew did an excellent job on my new kitchen! He was very patient with the various co-op restrictions in my building, and all of their attention to detail throughout the job was very impressive. They left the building site cleaned every day and made sure to set things up so I could comfortably live here during the work. As others have said, Dave is a great communicator - I received frequent updates and quick responses via text/email/phone to any questions I had. This was my first renovation as a homeowner, which I was nervous about, and I'm so glad I went with Dave and his crew. I would not hesitate to hire him again and to recommend him to others!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dave and his team on a gut renovation which included my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. And the uncontrollable issues we did face, he was there to help troubleshoot and ensure our 100% satisfaction.

This is my fifth time hiring Westbrook contracting i think. The team is highly professional, tidy, communicates often and fastidious about their work. Dave is always available, keeps me in the loop, and works hard to stick to his estimate. At this point i don't bother speaking to other contractors when i have a job.

Excellent. Once the doors were ready, Dave scheduled the installation. The weather cooperated, and his crew arrived on time and finished the project in the estimated 2 days. They covered our furniture so that the dust was contained. They cleaned up completely, and other than the door replacements, you couldn't tell that they had been here. We asked them to wear masks, and they were happy to do so. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We hired Westbrook to do a renovation on our home. The job entailed removing walls, gutting our attic level master bedroom, installing exterior doors, interior painting, adding windows, rebuilding our sunroom that had been taken apart for mold remediation. They also upgraded many aspects of our home including replacing light fixtures, trim, door handles. Dave and his team were a pleasure to work with and completely reliable. They do high quality work. The level of involvement and communication with Dave was really exceptional. He is easily available to reach, and is on top of every detail of the project. I would highly recommend Westbrook Contracting.

Truly the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. The crew was here on time every day , hard working (and enjoyed their work) were really nice guys and their work was meticulous! Our new kitchen is amazing! Dave, the owner is a true professional - not only was he great with the physical work and plans but he runs his business beautifully - clear contract, invoices provided , emails /phone calls returned promptly .It was a pleasure working with Dave and his team at Westbrook. All the work was amazing!

They did amazing work renovating my kitchen and bathrooms. Dave was very responsive and always communicating what was going on. His crew is very friendly/polite and neat. I can’t wait for my next house renovation because I will definitely be calling Westbrook again.

Westbrook was great. Dave was very communicative and his crew was on time and friendly. When they came in the house they wore masks. They built shelving in the garage and then did a few smaller odds and ends including replacing the screen door. Everything came out great. No overages in the original estimate and they finished the work on time. There are a few other projects to be done around the house and I will be hiring Westbrook again in the future. Again I can’t emphasize enough that Dave was in constant contact with me throughout and he was always on time. It drives me crazy when contractors are late with no notice or you’re chasing them down and they don’t follow up. Well worth any premium for that type of peace of mind.

I first hired Westbrook to remodel a bathroom for me in summer of 2019. It was a gut reno, the room was back to the studs. Dave's team was incredible, the work is absolutely beautiful. The team was easy to work with and cleaned up the site at the end of the day much better than previous contractors I worked with. Dave had great suggestions for how to make what I wanted to do work. When there were a few difficulties with the pieces I ordered, Dave worked with the bathroom supply company to resolve them. This year in October, we had a water leak in our front hall. I texted Dave in a panic at 6:30 in the morning and he walks me through what to do and had the plumber he works with in my house by 9am. (Don't text your contractor at 6:30, it's not nice, but Dave is an absolute hero). The remediation crew (NOT Westbrook) my insurance company sent to deal with removal of the water damaged material was not good. They knocked things down without asking questions. They damaged my marble floor and they destroyed a plaster arch that was original to my 1920s house. It's one thing to bring a contractor in to make an ugly part of your house pretty, but it's heartbreaking to bring in a crew to try to restore your destroyed home. Dave somehow managed to put everything to rights. There was fine carpentry work (a built in bench/radiator cover/storage piece that had been destroyed), plaster work (restoring the arch, fixing cracks in the plaster caused by water damage), and for the few things he didn't do, he knew someone (like a marble refinisher to restore the floors the remediation crew damaged). I also want to say that it's incredibly hard having someone work in your home during the pandemic but Gustavo was excellent. He followed COVID safety protocols completely. My hall looks even better than it did before the damage (and it had been newly done when the damage occurred). I honestly can't thank Westbrook enough for making this incredibly difficult process as painless as possible. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them unreservedly.

The owner and worker were reliable and communicatedregularly. They answered questions and made helpful suggestions. They were thorough, took pride in their work.

From our first meeting with Dave to the completion of the job, Westbrook exceeded all of our expectations. Dave was in constant communication with us about everything from acquiring materials to what would be done on any given day. In the past we’ve been very disappointed with the lack of communication from other contractors, but with Dave we felt informed and updated at all times. Whenever I reached out with a question he was quick to get back to me, even on a weekend. His carpenters, Joe and Matt are seriously talented dudes and did an incredible job building our deck. They kept a very clean worksite and tidied up at the end of everyday. When the time comes for our next home improvement project, I won’t be getting a second estimate/opinion, I’ll be calling Dave to do the work without a doubt.

Excellent. Dave Perrotta, Westbrook Contracting, LLC, was recommended to me by a friend. I am so happy I took her advice. Over the past two years, Dave and his crew have done a beautiful job completely renovating my kitchen and adding a small addition to the side of the house, which included a full bath and closet. The painting was excellent and not only did they paint the dining room, but they fixed the doors to my corner built-in hutch, so they actually close and stay shut. I have received many unsolicited compliments on both the inside and outside work and best of all, the house is just so much more comfortable to live in. I asked about putting a few clothes hooks in the small hallway for rainy day weather, and they built me a beautiful clothes rack, which gets so much use! The shower needed a glass door, something I had never purchased before. Dave not only suggested an excellent vendor, but assisted in the selection. Dave is very easy to work with and his crew is not only skilled but I am very comfortable with them in my home. In addition to his crew, I have been impressed with the quality of sub-contractors, vendors, etc., he used. In closing, my grade school neighbor said it best: "the new addition looks like it was always there".
