Westchester Stairlift

Great. Highly recommend.

The time estimate was accurate. The price was the same as everyone else. The installers were extremely competent, a very big deal for a custom job. Happy with the job and will recommend them to friends.

We chose Westchester Stairlift after talking with 2 other companies. My husband has Parkinson’s, is a big guy, and our home has multiple levels. They were heads above the other two in providing us the best solutions for our needs. Martin Friedrichs came to our home and carefully came up with a well thought out plan. We ended up with 2 lifts (one curved and one straight) due to the complexity of our layout of narrow stairs, hallways and entrances. He knew right away what would give us the best access to all the levels of our home. His experience and expertise was very evident after talking with the other two companies. The installers were efficient, informative, and very pleasant. They even came back after a couple of days to adjust one chair to make it more comfortable. The lift works perfectly and has made it possible for my husband to move safely from one area of our home to the others. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Westchester Stairlift.

They were quick, as well as very patient and neat. We had some scheduling issues, and they never got annoyed. They were really just wonderful! I was delighted with them. I would highly recommend them and it works like a charm.

When we made the decision to purchase the Stair Lift, the installation could not have been smoother or more professionally handled.  Everyone who came to house was on time or called us promptly if they were running behind.  Reggie who installed the stair lift was meticulous and took the time to explain how best to work the machine.  There was some slight beeping that took place post installation (as the stair lift was charging) and a single call into Westchester StairLift was followed by calls by both Jonathan and Martin to make sure that everything was working properly and reassurances that if there was any modest tweaking required, they would arrange to come to the house (which has not been necessary to date). <br /> Taking the step to install a stair lift was a big decision for our family and one of the things for which we are most grateful (and which factored prominently in our decision making) is the care, respect and kindness which everyone at Westchester StairLift showed us.  Educating us about the product, laying out options and associated costs, discussing scope and duration of installation were all graciously, professionally and thoroughly performed.  We could not be happier with their service.

They were very professional. Everything cleaned up afterwards. Don't remember fee($250-$400??) However, do not purchase stairlift from Acorn. My wife passed in that week (thus the removal) and Acorn would not honor their 10 day full refund policy. I ate 2/3 of the cost!

I am so glad I called Westchester StairLift LLC because now my husband can go from his bedroom in his wheel chair all the way to the car in the garage. <br />  Martin met with my contractor to go over the plans and when the lift arrived here, Westchester StairLift LLC came the next day to install it. Everything was done just as Martin said it would be done. <br />  Martin said we should buy a Bruno lift as it is made in the USA and parts cam be ordered and delivered quickly--not to buy one of the cheaper brands made overseas as getting parts can be a nightmare.  That was sound advice. <br />  I don't worry about the future because I know if service is needed Westchester StairLift LLC will respond as quickly as they are able. <br />  It was a pleasure working with them and we love the wheel chair lift. <br />  To recap--DO hire Westchester Stair Lift LLC----DO take their advise about which product to buy to suit your needs-DON'T use anyone else.
