It was best best hob I had done In year's. I'm a retired contractor and know the quality of work. Mr.Bud came out and explained what needed to be done and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Bud and his Company to do all work that relates to any plumbing that needs to be done. Thank You Mr Bud for a fine Job.

A good job done. However when leaving with the old water heater on the dolly, the drain was open and leaked rusty water on my front sidewalk which stained it.

Bud was very disappointing we have a 2023 jayco travel trailer & the tankless gas water heater went out jayco emailed him instructions steps to test then he came out went through the steps & told us it was fixed & charged us 200.00 dollars 20 min later the unit stoped working we called him back & told him he said he would come back out after the week end & he did then told us we need a new one we called jayco they said he needs to give them a estimate on parts & labor he said he would we waited over a week with no word then called him he said I forgot with all excuses after telling us three time I will take of you don’t worry just another so called honest business that’s will take your money & crappy service point blank

"To begin with. I was never emailed any instructions on how to repair the water heater. The owner was told the trailer had to be towed back to the company that sold the trailer. I did repair the water heater and it was working perfectly. The issue was the grill cover in front of the heater. I explained that in great detail!! I spent several hours on diagnosing the issue to find the reason it would fail. I did my due diligence on this repair. There wasn’t any thing I could to make it he customer happy."

Bud provided me with a exact quote and was able to complete the plumbing repair the next day. He provided me with good recommendations. The price was what I expected and there were no extra charges. I am a licensed contractor in another state and I appreciated his professionalism.
