Great stucco job. Horrible clean up job. Permanently stained patio blocks. Tree debris and stucco left all over yard. Very unhappy about the clean up. I feel the yard should look the same after the service and it looks much worse!

Western Wall responded quickly to our request for a quote on our deteriorating ceiling. We discussed corrective action and received a very good price. Cesar and his crew from Western Wall covered our floor, set up their scaffolding, removed all loose plaster, replastered all broken edges and then covered the entire ceiling with an Italian marble plaster. Done in 3 days. Beautiful look! Very happy with the results. Very prompt and professional. Yes, would hire them again.

"Hello Mr [Member Name Removed] I’m sorry to hear you’re so unhappy with my work. I would of liked a call from you to know you are not happy with the work and had the opportunity to fix whatever it is you aren’t happy with. The only thing I can think of is the color on the patches. When you chose to go with the patching instead of doing the walls I was very clear on telling you it would not be an exact match. I also told you to wait a week before applying the sealer you have on the other walls so the patch can be less visible. It hasn’t been a week yet and I don’t think you’ve applied the stain either. I always tell my customers to call me with any questions or concerns and i haven’t heard from you after finishing your walls. I love what I do and take great pride in my work. So if you would like to call so we can discuss what your unhappy with we can try and resolve it. Thank you."

Very well, they start as promised and finished earlier than stated. Very helpful with helping choose the color and accent. Very professional business. They did complete extras such as replacing lights that they removed to work on the home.

Project took a little longer than originally estimated; however, the results was very good. Would like to have had the furniture and rain chains better covered to avoid stucco materials on them. Cesar came back for a couple of touch-ups, and I appreciated his extra touch adding the stucco to our house number on the front garage post. Crew was courteous and accommodating of my pointing out some areas where I saw needed attention. This company does stucco coverage the way it should be done....the mesh method is far superior than not. Thanks Cesar and Nora.

I sent out a request for "help" late Friday afternoon and Western replied within 30 minutes. We scheduled a meet for Saturday so they could inspect and provide an estimate. I had received some response from other contractors but no one could come look till Tuesday. After meeting on Saturday I knew that Cesar was very experienced with stucco and I had a very good feeling that Western would work well for my repair. After signing the estimate on Sunday we agreed to start work on Monday. Monday work was rescheduled for Tuesday (they emailed the details and their disappointment at having to delay on Monday AM) and the repair base coat was done on Tuesday. Friday was the color coat, the repair and color match look fantastic. Saturday they cleaned up the small stucco stain with a pressure washer and my walkway and patio is cleaner than it's ever been. I gave them a check on Saturday and asked for another estimate for stucco repair near my grapevines. Western did a great job!!

I really liked the responsiveness of the owners Cesar and Nora! They were very professional. Easy to get a hold of, when needed. They answered every question I had about the services I inquired about. They exceeded my expectations. The work area was cleaned up and trash was thrown away after every work day! I will definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend them!

Contractor did good work at a fair price for the 20-year warranty. Installers were neat and courteous and cleaned up much afterwards better than expected.
