We hired West Lake Pool and Spa after gathering several quotes from local companies. They were the most responsive when I first reached out. Mark was able to come by within a day to give me an in person quote and job estimate. He was able to order the pool heater quickly and have installed within a few weeks of our inital job request. The installation took one day and we were impressed since he had to rearrange some of our other pool equipment in order to fit in the heater. We are extremely pleased with his work. I would strongly suggest this company to other pool owners, and especially if you are needing a pool heater installed.

Great service. We had company arriving on the weekend and wanted the replacement heater installed by Saturday. There was a supply issue with the 400K BTU Pentair I wanted, so they installed the more expensive Jandy for the same prices. Because of the delay they came out on Saturday morning to do the installation. They then noticed the spa was not producing bubbles out of the jets. They came back about a week later to fix the problem. They spent about 30 minutes only to find the spa was not plumbed properly. Even though I offered to pay for their time, I was not charged because they "couldn't fix it".
