Oh my goodness! I couldn’t be more pleased with the work West Roofing did at my house. They were very polite and professional. The roof looks amazing and I wasn’t charged one dime over what was quoted. The guys finished the work in one day as promised. And they cleaned up before they left leaving me nothing but a beautiful new roof. I highly recommend using West Roofing.

Ronnie West made the process of replacing my roof as seamless as possible. He met with me and my insurance adjuster and explained everything that was going to happen so that I could understand it fully. Ronnie checked on the work in progress, and followed up with me to be sure that I was satisfied. The cleanup job his crew did was phenomenal! Additionally, Ronnie did a smaller project for me, replacing some siding around a window and making sure to limit the amount of damage that could occur in the future from rain. Ronnie is competitively priced, knows the business, and wants to make sure the customer is happy. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

West Roofing and Home Repair and the owner, Ronnie West, were a pleasure to work with. They showed up when they said and did what they said they would do. They cleaned up the job area and just did a great job overall. The owner checked all the work personally to make sure it was done to his satisfaction and mine. He went above and beyond some things that I even expected him to do. He kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. He seemed very knowledgeable and was always respectful. It was refreshing to have a company do exactly what they said they would do after having experience with others that did not keep their word. This company was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad they did. I have and will continue to recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future for other repairs to my home.

Ronnie has done excellent work for us on several different projects. He is very conscientious and reliable. Ours was not an easy job but he made sure it was done right. He is also good about taking pictures of the problems so that we could understand what needed to be done. I highly recommend him!
