Dan and his team did a great job repairing my collapsing deck. He used a creative approach to solve the foundation problems and he stuck with the job until it was completed. He also installed new deck boards and now the deck looks terrific.

Storm damaged 2 very large trees threatening the house. Dan and his crew professonally removed the trees even though multiple large and heavy branches were overhanging the roof. He knew exactly what to do , what equipment was require and how to do the work safely and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable and the yard was spottless when he was finished. The prompt efficiency I received on this job was downright impressive. From quickly returning my call, to coming out and doing an evaluation, and then getting the project started-communication was amazing. Not only was he respectful and professional, his knowledge was impressive, and allowed me to trust at this project was going to be done correctly. He actively listened to what my concerns were and gave me a full breakdown of the type of cleaners and sealants appropriate for the job and what the benefits of each were. I appreciated that he truly took the time to clean and tidy up after the job was done, leaving this deck and the surrounding area looking amazing, and I’m looking forward to using it for many years to come. We thought we were going to have t replace our corner tub (with jets), because no one was willing to work on repairing it. Dan, from Westside Home Improvement, was able to shore up the (sagging) floor, repair the electrical connections, and get everything working again for about $1200, compared to the $8,000 to $10,000 it would have cost for a replacement. also did a great job cleaning out the basement underneath it, which had mice, ants, and bees infesting the crawl space. A+!

Westside home improvement was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about my project and was able to give me an affordable solution. I was very happy with his work. I will definitely be using westside home improving for all my future projects.

This turned out to be a no call/no show company. If they could not do the job within the timeframe requested I would have appreciated the decline request vs not showing up at all. It is unfortunate because this looked like a great, reputable company. I hope everything is okay with the rep I communicated with that went silent on me.

They are very reliable and did a great job of cleaning the leaves and pine needles from my gardens. They bagged everything and hauled it away. I will definitely use them again.

Dan Ford (owner) was very knowledgeable and professional. He suggested various areas of improvement and I agreed. He performed several handyman tasks in interior of condo. However, it was his landscaping design work that really shined. He took out outdated plantings, mulch and other debris from both front and back gardens. Also power washed pavers on patio along with surrounding area. I would highly recommend this company and will rehire for future projects.
