My husband and I are new homeowners. We entrusted these guys to stabilize our deck and rectify an erosion problem in the backyard. Wes suggested to my husband that we put drainage pipes into to ground with a pop up drain further out in the yard rather than installing a retaining wall. We are 4 months out from the job and the under deck is drooping and all the dirt over the pipes has washed away. We reached out to Wes and Aaron to see if we can get the issues addressed. They chose to ignore calls, messages, and voicemails. I'm really disappointed and heart broken that they took advantage of us and delivered poor work. If they can't stand by their work then they should not be doing it. They promised a one year guarantee. As a new homeowner every penny counts, we don't have money to give away to shady businessmen.

The guys made sure that everything was fine to my specifications and explained the processes for each item so I understood what was happening in my home. They continually checked in to ensure I was happy with the work. We’re always punctual, if not early to the job site, and we’re extremely friendly and entertaining!

I needed drywall installed and a new bathroom fan installed. Communication started out strong but then it all went downhill. First, the project took way longer than said, they stayed until about 7:30pm and the work on the drywall was not done correctly or to our liking/ Wesley’s liking. He said he would come back out to fix the drywall and re-sand and paint again, but unfortunately, he did not keep his word and did not come back to fix it. When installing our bathroom fan, the electrician managed to switch up a bunch of wires in our bathroom, causing one of our outlets to not work. I had to have a different electrician come out to fix the wiring and replace an entire outlet for $545. When I called and let him know what had happened and how much it cost to get fixed, he just apologized and said it wouldn’t happen again. He did not offer any sort of compensation for the cost of repairs they caused. There was also a live wire left on the insulation where the bathroom fan was installed. Overall, was not satisfied and will not hire again.

Excellent communication by Wesley and Aaron. I am very pleased with the outcome. I appreciated how Wesley presented reasonable recommendations when he encountered unexpected roadblocks.

I hired Wescott Property Solutions to repair/replace some rotted trim around the outside of an exterior door for my elderly mother. They did an AMAZING job! As they removed the trim, they found several more underlying issues that were caused from a poor job performed by a previous person years ago. They did not let these issues keep them from doing this repair job right. Wes and Scott spoke to me about every issue along the way. The quality of work is so refreshing to see! It if could give 100 stars, I would. Aaron was amazing. He had an amazing attitude, spectacular customer service, and worked in an efficient amount of time. He was very knowledgeable about everything. I will definitely be using him and the company in the future for other projects. There is one sentence I can say about this company: they do it once and do it right. After hiring 3 different so-called technicians, they came in and in 15 minutes, diagnosed the issue and in less than an hour, fixed it. I highly recommend them for your handyman services; very professional and also they have technicians that have been in the business for decades, which I can say is a peace of mind when hiring them
