Not only did they not keep their appointment but they also did not keep me informed. He said that he would not take any money up front. After he pressure washed the side he said that he needed $2,800.00 before he could go any farther. For the last week he has not returned my calls and he has not done any more work. I am ready to take him to court plus I am not happy with Angie's List for recommending him.

It was good and they did what they said they gonna do. They pressure washed, caulk it and painted it. They came back the next day to make sure thei didn't miss anything and they did a very good job cleaning up after themselves.
