Geoff was fantastic. He charged me the original quote even though he had to come out twice. Not his fault. The septic tank had to be pumped before he could complete the job. Worked very fast. Very nice man.

At first, the job was not finished. I still have water coming up in my basement. The good part about this is that I was able to reach him. He told me he’s gonna be here at a certain time. He was here a certain time and he finished the job and that I like very much.

They did a great job

Came on one day notice on a Sunday with no extra charge and cleared out a clogged drain. It was not an easy job but it is a flat rate for the service and they did not up charge.

The plumber responded to my request promptly and kept me informed as the when they would be to my home. They snaked out the kitchen sink drain which was totally blocked. They also told me about a pipe that was starting to leak, so I asked them to fix that too and they did. I told my girlfriend what a good job they did and she said she will call them when she has a plumbing job instead of her current plumber who was hard to get a hold of and you don't know when they're coming.

They are an awesome company. They were very proud nice and the price was very very reasonable. If anybody want to go to them I highly recommend you go to this company. I will work with them again.

I hired West Water and Sewer to fix an issue with my sewer line that Roto Rooter caused at my house in Detroit. Without going into too much detail, they charged me $11k to replace maybe 20ft of pipe, and found some old disused septic tanks under my yard. They told me I wasnt hooked up to the sewer at all, that it would be $40k to install a new line, then diverted my pipes into the dilapidated tanks they found. So glad that I got in contact with Geoff from West Water and Sewer, he was straight with me and told me that Roto Rooter had most likely lost the lead to the sewer and were just trying to squeeze more money out of me. They came out on Easter sunday to excavate and fix the issue, found the lead to my sewer line, piped me back in, sleeved and snaked it all the way to the main and did it for $6k. I wish I would have called him first, it would have saved me from so much stress. Highly recommend them if you're looking for an honest and professional plumber.

I needed my main drain cleaned out. I received a call within 10 minutes of my request. The response time was so fast I was not ready. I had to call them back to set up the time for the visit. Arrived on time and completed the work extremely fast. It was an excellent experience and very affordable. I will recommend and use them again, if need be.

really impressive equipment. best price I found for a 4 inch sewer drain. Were able to do the job 2 hours after I called. I even gave the helper guy a $20 tip over requested bill payment!. He had a tattoo of that machine on his upper right arm!!!
