The young man that was here did very well but he didn’t have the machine he needed and he had to work from outside and put it in on the desk and it took about 3 days to dry. They were very nice people. The other man that was working somewhere else had the small machine. So he had this really big one and so had to run across the deck and into the apartment. This young man was very nice. The price was fine. It was just too long to get it to try. The young man who did it was very pleasant and worked very hard. He tried to do it the best way he could.

It went well. We had an issue with their equipment breaking down and when they left, they left a big spot on the carpet where the solution had spilled but they came back right away and fixed it within like 24 hours. So that was okay. Just one person came out to do this job. I would say it was average. I don't think that they spent a lot of time on the carpet. To be quite honest, it felt like they were kind of there and gone considering how much there was to do. I was not impressed with how deep the cleaning was. I did most of the moving and I know they don't do a lot of it but they didn't go out of their way to make any extra effort. Even if it was just moving a table a few feet, they would just maybe do under it but they wouldn't actually move it. There was something there by one of the chairs that would have come out with some steam cleaning and a a little bit of solution pretty easily and it didn't come out when they cleaned it. Until I had to do it after they left and it came right out so I don't think the cleaning was especially high quality.

The original cleaning crew did a good job and when we had concerns a month later the owner came and re-cleaned our carpets for free <br />

They use inexperienced people and did a terrible job.  It looked like zebra stripes when completed.  I did not pay them and asked for reimbursement of the expense to have the deck stripped which was $1050.  No reply <br />

This was for my mom and she was very pleased with their work and the result. She said that it feels like she's getting more air out of her registers. <br />

I purchased the deal off of Angie's List, and Westwood contacted me that same day.  We set up the appointment and wound up having a rainy day.  Westwood rescheduled due to having to have houses running in and out of the house.  They were great with communication and showed up promptly for the rescheduled appointment.  They were professional and courteous to my wife and performed the cleaning in a little over an hour. <br /> I cannot attest to the quality, as I haven't had ducts cleaned before. <br />
