Very nice man but very forgetful. Had to repeat myself numerous times. Called me at least 6x a day until I complained. Project did not turn out as expected. Asked for two doors to open in middle and even showed picture. Built two separate doors on pantry wall. Asked for place hand clothes on end as this was in laundry room. Never installed rod. Had to show him what I wanted several times as he was so forgetful. As I said. Very nice man but not able to do job well. Took him 2 1/2 weeks to build a pantry closet. Job could have been done few days at most. Very disappointed and paid $1500 for a basic pantry. No special shelves or organizers and not even painted. Left without completely finishing job ( small things).

Don Wherren's work is exceptional. Walls were removed, every piece of woodwork from ceiling to floor was upgraded, custom made cabinets for television, computer, fire place mantel, book shelves, storage were built. Additionally, one contractor was hired years ago and never completed the work on adding a laundry room. Mr. Wherren came in and completed all the work, pulling all permits required and ensuring everything was built to code. I would not hesitate hiring him again or recommending him to others.
