Came out to give an estimate after seeing the projects, which included installing a new toilet, changing shower valve & faucet, and a few other small things. All the plumbing jobs were completed adequately.

Joseph came out and quoted $600 to repair a small leak in an outside pipe or $1200+ to replace all the old pipes. The difference in price let us know that something was not right. He ended up throwing a piece of tape on the pipe and charged us for a temporary repair (that was never done). The pipe continued to leak and other plumbers refused to repair/replace pipes due to a cut wifi cable while Joseph was digging (this was confirmed by our tenant along with pictures / they denied they cut the cable). We had to wait until the wifi company could come out and replace and rebury the wire before we could have the pipe replaced. Therefore, we have had to deal with a continuous leak and rising water bill costs before we could get another plumber to do anything. I informed the company that the water leak was never repaired and continued to leak, but they still want us to pay for a repair that was not done.

It.went great. They came out on weekend of new years. They did a good job and family owned and were very nice.

I called concerning low water pressure and no hot water to the back of my home. When they arrived I told them there was low water pressure and the back of the home was not getting hot water. The checked in the attic and checked the temperature on the water heater. Not one time did they go to the back of the home where the problem was. They told me everything was fine on the water heater by checking the sink directly under the heater for temperature, not the area I was having problems in. Furthermore I kept stating I was having a low pressure issue. Finally they went to the street and dug up the adjustment valve. The issue I have here is the fact they did not have a gauge to check the water pressure, which is the main reason I called. Had I not had a gauge this work could not of been accomplished. After they turned up the pressure to over 100psi, they informed me they are not responsible for any damage they may cause. I informed them the pressure needs to be at the proper level so as not to damage any of my plumbing. Once everything was set the bill was paid, no receipt was given and they went on their way.

I need more assistance from an HVAC servicer, but Whisnant was great in looking into it and diagnosing the problem.

Made an appointment, showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed in about 1/2 hour. Very quick, professional, polite, pleasant. Very satisfied. Will use them again.

They worked on 2 sinks. He replaced 2 leaky valves. I would recommend them to a friend or family member.

Awesome service. They were able to come out the same day that I called. The initial estimate was $185 to replace the leaking pipe. Once he got working on it, he noticed that it just needed to be tightened up. He only charged us the service call fee. We haven't had any more leaking. Mr. Whisnant was knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely call them for our future plumbing needs.

Mr. Whisnant did an excellent job of replacing water lines and installing a new water heater. We would definitely hire him again and plan to call when we are ready for a bathroom renovation.

I recommend these lovely people to anyone with a plumbing problem. In addition to being professional, they were kind and charming. Having an expensive plumbing problem is a big deal at the holidays, but these sweet folks made it as bearable as possible. They will laugh and pout right along with you as well as repairing plumbing. At no time did they treat me like a fussy or tedious little old lady; instead, they were quick to work with me as well as the tile contractor as things were going back together. My opinion? You cannot go wrong with these folks.

They ran into numerous obstacles, thru no fault of their own, which required them to spend several hours longer on the installation. They discovered three inches of concrete (and wire mesh) concealed beneath the tile counter top that had to be hand chiseled with a screwdriver to remove and they managed to do it without breaking a single tile. It required patience and ingenuity to compete a job that just seemed to get worse by the hour. Through all this they were very patient and professional the entire time and the job was completed beautifully. They honored the original estimate despite the much extended labor. I highly recommend them and they will be returning to our home in a few weeks to complete more work for us. The cost of service does not include the vessel sinks or faucets. We purchased/ordered them prior to calling for an estimate, but it does include all additional necessary plumbing supplies.

The service was wonderful. They were able to fix all of our issues the same day the service call was placed.

After calling several plumbers and bathroom specialists one of the specialists referred us to Whisnant Plumbing.  I called and Joe, the owner, and his wife Jennifer came out to look at our bathtub and give us an estimate.  They were very detailed about what they would have to do and also told us which tiles would have to come out, we have tile on our bathroom wall.  They also gave me different options for bathtubs and and handle, spout and shower head options.  I was sent the estimate the next day and it was a great price and I knew that it would be quality work.  They were ready to do the work that weekend, but we had to hold off due to us having something to do that weekend.  They came out the next week and all the work was done in one day.  After we called someone in to do the tile we called them and they came back out 2 days later, Joe was out of town, and put on the spout, handle and shower head.  <br /> I am very very happy with the work and we will be calling them again for all of our plumbing needs.

Everything went every well Joe and his son are very pleasant folks and came right out and took care of our problem and at a very fair price I feel. We had very Old plumbing in our home it was built in 1950 and the pipes were galvanized and brittle . So they replaced them and we are back up and running. Joe shared that he and his family have been in the plumbing business for a very long time even his dad was a plumber and they are local so thats also nice.
